We spent great days, very well accommodated. The house is really everything it shows in the photos, beautiful, with great space to gather friends, enjoy a barbecue and nature. Ninha and Toninho are very receptive, kind and care very well for the house and the guests.

Place more than special! The view of the house is a chapter by itself, as well as sleeping and waking up to the sound of the sea. Plus, everything super clean and according to your listing description. We'll be back for sure!!

Michael's house is lovely! Typical caiçara, but with very comfortable sophisticated details. We spent 5 incredible days as a family. The house is more beautiful in person: bright, airy and we loved the kitchen and the living room with high ceilings, clean decor and wonderful sea views. The sunset and the moon yielded beautiful memories. The suite is very cozy, with a high bed and indirect lighting. Everything impeccable. A haven of peace and comfort. The house is close to the parking lot, the climb is quiet and the handrail helps. Inside, everything is new and works well (the dishwasher made life easier). Michael was a great host. Cordial, kind, caring, who cares about his guests. We saw this in the welcoming messages, in the care of the house and in the details of the very tasteful decoration. We love mattresses, bed linens, towels, futons, curtains and linen cushions, as well as local art. We were surprised by the medicine and hygiene kit. What care! Only praise for the experience! We'll be back soon!

Romain's house was the perfect place for our stay in Picinguaba. In the left corner of the beach, the house is isolated from the center of the village and you feel alone in nature. From the huge wooden balcony, you can see a beautiful view of the other end of the beach and the entire neighboring stretch of the São Paulo coast, as well as the Serras do Mar and Bocaina on the horizon. The house was impeccably clean, the furniture and kitchen utensils well maintained. Romain was still super helpful and quick to respond, even though he was far away, and the people responsible for the house (Gal and Cacau) were friendly and helpful at check-in and check-out. The house still has access to a charming and delightful stone beach for relaxing away from human presence. We'll be back more often for sure!
