Very attentive host, clean and organized accommodation, has all the necessary utensils for a good stay, is very close to the beach, quiet and safe place. There were 5 of us and we felt very comfortable in the place. I really appreciate the host Tere and her husband for the tips and hospitality.

Very spacious location with several leisure options in the condominium, including a swimming pool and game room. Apartment a few meters from the beach, with a market and restaurants nearby.

The place is SPECTACULAR, I went with two couples of friends and we left very satisfied and surprised, it is even better than expected. Everything is clean, very well organized and equipped, a magical place, facing the sea where you sleep listening to the sound of the waves. It was the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in, I'm extremely grateful and highly recommend it.

The days in Bianca's apartment were great! She was super flexible when we arrived a little later and even received our ifood while waiting for us... lol... the apartment is cute, spacious, clean and very nice. The most convenient thing for us was the very practical location for visiting the neighboring cities: Pomerode, Balneário Camboriú, Blumenau, Brusque. We'll recommend it to friends, for sure! Wonderful apartment, faithfully corresponding to the listing. Great location, just across the street and you're already by the beach. It has chairs, a sunshade and a cart to take to the beach. We definitely intend to return!

I'm coming to rate the best Airbnb I've ever stayed in! The apartment is perfect, it has all the utensils in the kitchen, the rooms are very spacious and cozy, all the rooms have air conditioning. The balcony area is huge, overlooking the beach and Beto Carrero Park. The building is newly opened, so it is very new both internally and externally, the common areas are very nice, exceptional leisure. Everything is very close, market, pharmacy, bakery, etc. It is very close to Beto Carrero Park. If you consider that Solange is very receptive, and met all our criteria, very helpful. I want to go back to Penha and stay in the same apartment. My family and I love it, I highly recommend it.
