Beautiful place! Luxury cover, beautiful view, decoration of the first apartment, highlight the bed linen that was impeccable and in all bathrooms with liquid soap,shampoo and quality conditioner. A balcony with barbecue with a hard to describe view of so beautiful is a wine cellar full of high quality wines. Another special point was the receptivity of Hostã Yasmim and her husband who was excellent where he presented the whole apartment to us. Certainly when I return to Guarapari I will be there again

New apartment, fully equipped, super comfortable, I felt at home. Laudiceia, which was our host, very attentive and always worried if everything was going well. 24h gate, super insurance, supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, snack bars all close.

The apartment is in perfect condition (painting of walls and impeccable plaster ceiling), electronic lock on the door. 3 bedrooms (2 are suite) very spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms are in good condition, the apartment has a gas heater, working perfectly. The concierge of the building is 24h and easy to access, the building has foot lava on the ground floor (as it is close to the beach). I will definitely locate again when I go to Guarapari.

Excellent accommodation, exceeded expectations. Great barbecue area, ocean view, full kitchen. Andre always answered our questions quickly. Very well located, we didn't even take the car out of the garage. I definitely recommend it.

Jussara is an excellent host, super helpful and very polite. Co-host Eunice was super responsive, polite and courteous; she gave all the support and information. The house meets the description , having all the features in bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen. The location for the cost benefit serves, as it allows facial car access to beaches such as Castelhanos, Iriri, piuma, guanabara and tour to guarapari. Everything went in peace, and the hosts were 10!

This is not the first time we have stayed at Solar Santa Clara. Once again, we felt at home. Eduardo is a great host and Rodrigo, who takes care of the house, is very proactive. The house has also undergone improvements in the past year, making it even more comfortable. In addition to the complete leisure area and all the necessary utensils available, we are delighted by the beautiful view of the lagoon and the many fruit trees in the yard. We were treated very well by Paulo and his father Luiz Carlos. The house is excellent, in measure, but the real view is MORE BEAUTIFUL than in the photos! Besides, it's a 5-minute walk to the beach!

The apartment is a beautiful duplex facing the sea. Hearing the sound of the waves on the beach is to feel the breeze that blows is priceless. The site is modern, well equipped, comfortable, with good ventilation.
