The stay was excellent. The house is perfect for staying close to the beach. For people with reduced mobility it is more than perfect, because it faces the beach, there are no steps in the house and it is in a spacious house and easy to move around. I will return many times.

The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. The lighting of the house is wonderful, it is well airy, with plenty of room in the rooms, which made all the difference for everyone to rest well. And the pool... what a spectacle! Large, clean and perfect to enjoy the day with the crowd. It was a wonderful experience, with no negative points. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

I loved the space! Sauna, pool, everything very clean! The only thing I missed was having a closet or any other furniture to accommodate our personal belongings and clothes. Even if the stay is short, or not, I don't like having to leave them in the bags and the bags on the floor. I saw a space in all the rooms that would be a closet, maybe in the future... Just one observation, because the house in general is very comfortable and both Pollyana and her mother are always proactive... the whole family loved it.

The stay was wonderful, Robson and his wife are very kind and are always ready to accommodate any request. The house is very well located, great for those who want to rest and want a quiet place. The house is very spacious, very well equipped, and very cool, almost no need to turn on the fans, it's so breezy. You can rent without fear, the hosts are wonderful and the house is a 10 in all requirements.

Gilmara's space is amazing, amidst many trees, filled with nature, a peace! Gilmara was extremely kind, we traveled as a family taking a small child and a dog and there was no one who said they were not comfortable, she welcomed us with great affection, gave us the tip of a taxi driver who picked us up at the airport! It was really sensational, this family trip was for the purpose of going to a wedding, Gilmara's space is close to some ceremonial ones, but we all left with the feeling of wanting more! We had a great time at Flavia’s house! The house was so comfortable, and we loved the decoration, it really felt like home. The only issue we had was that we couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat on for the pool, but aside from that, everything was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

The property is brand new, according to the listing. Clean, comfortable and cozy place, the outdoor area is very good. Leonardo is very helpful and is always available, every minute was worth it.

It was very worth it. The apartment has apparently been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. The condominium is very good, ample space, the pool is very good. For those with children, it's very good. Thadeu was very attentive and helpful. We'll be back for sure.

The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.

The place is exactly like in the pictures. The condominium is great, easy to locate, safe, with lots of green, piscona, sauna, playground, etc. Lucas was extremely attentive and very quick in returns, in addition to having relaxed the check-in and checkout times that helped us a lot. They were very nice days.

We really enjoyed Rita's hosting! The apartment is spacious, has a nice balcony and is just steps from the beach — you can even sleep to the sound of the sea. A great place to relax and go hiking. Rita was always very kind, attentive and responded quickly to all our questions. We were very well received and we thank you for the care and excellent service!

I spent Christmas with the family in Salvador's apartment and we loved it! He was extremely attentive and the communication was excellent. About the place, everything was very clean, the apartment is large, comfortable and airy, in addition to the perfect location on Bacutia beach. I want to stay in the apartment again!

I found the apartment better live than the photos. Everything is very clean! Very spacious. The host does not work on Saturdays, but she attended to me promptly, and managed to hand me the keys. We were 7 people very well accommodated. The wonderful view, the fantastic location. All items are working. The kitchen has all the utensils described and working. I think it's worth putting a Wi-Fi signal repeater in the hallway. The apartment is very long and the router is in the living room, and the signal does not reach the bedrooms.

One of the best stays I've ever had for sure, beautiful apartment, all new, wonderful view. Great TV with firestick to watch whatever you want, great beds, large and spacious kitchen, great laundry, new washing machine, many bathrooms, wonderful shower, hotel bath! Large refrigerator and freezing well, ice in the door. And on top of all that, Leonardo is a great host, always responding quickly and very attentively! We loved the experience in Guarapari and this place made everything perfect! Thank you, we will definitely come back, I highly recommend it!!!
