The apartment is very well located and has everything you need. It's an excellent two-bedroom apartment, with large bedrooms and a spacious living room. Well-assembled kitchen, good crockery, cutlery and pots. Air-conditioning, including in the living room, and the apartment was very clean.

The location is a distinguishing characteristic, close to the main beaches and major events. Great place, very clean and organized, Mr. Armin is very polite and is always available to help. I recommend this stay to other Guests!!!

Flawless hosting! The penthouse is even more beautiful than in the photos — spacious, superbly decorated, with new and very tasteful furniture in each room. The view is simply amazing, you can enjoy it both from the inside and from the balcony. The leisure area is a show in itself: a delicious Jacuzzi, a super cozy sauna and a barbecue with a beer maker in the outdoor area that made everything even more complete. Perfect for enjoying good times with friends or family. The kitchen is super equipped, absolutely nothing was missing, and the laundry was super helpful during the stay. The rooms are comfortable, with air-conditioning, ensuring quiet nights as if we were at home. And the location couldn't be better — close to everything and in a quiet area. Undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've ever had on Airbnb. We recommend with our eyes closed and we will definitely be back.

Excellent apartment, easy access at the check in, bed and bath linens available and of good quality, support material for very well preserved prai. The building has a good structure with a very suitable place for the entrance and removal of sand from the bathers, as well as a box to store the chairs and parasol. Condominium staff always polite and request. Rosângela gave full support from booking to check out. Come back for sure!

Very nice apartment, matches the photos and description. The kitchen is very well-equipped, it has everything we need. The apartment is facing the lake, with a pleasant view. I already knew the condominium, which is great, quiet. It is not far from the beach, by car it is 3 minutes, on foot should be a walk of about 10 minutes.

The stay is wonderful, the place is wonderful. Super safe, comfortable, easy to find, easy access, close to the beach, all very organized. Uber searches and takes without problems. The apartment is exactly like the one described in the ad, kitchen super complete. Communication with the hostess is super fast, she always responds quickly and very attentive. Great house, extremely clean, fragrant linens, super clean bathrooms, comfortable beds, very clean kitchen utensils, everything impeccable! Wonderful barbecue area, great pool. The place is gorgeous! The host is super polite, responds quickly… The place is more secluded, but there is a market nearby! Great for relaxing with friends and family. Anyway… perfect!

I loved the space! Sauna, pool, everything very clean! The only thing I missed was having a closet or any other furniture to accommodate our personal belongings and clothes. Even if the stay is short, or not, I don't like having to leave them in the bags and the bags on the floor. I saw a space in all the rooms that would be a closet, maybe in the future... Just one observation, because the house in general is very comfortable and both Pollyana and her mother are always proactive... the whole family loved it.

The couple is very friendly and welcoming, they welcomed us with a shrimp moqueca, which I thought was very good, because I arrived later and was already worried about going out to eat. The house is spacious, beautiful view, very close to the beach. It has a hydro, sauna and swimming pool, as well as games. The fishmonger delivers at home and the supermarket is close by, too. It was a good experience, as I had what I contracted, in addition to efficient and caring communication.

The house can be better than the advertised in the photos. And more complete as well. The entire house was impeccable and extremely clean. Smelling linens and towels. The housekeeper (unfortunately I don't remember the name) was going to clean the pool every other day. In the kitchen in all the utensils you can imagine (from varying glasses to couscous!) Victor was an excellent host, always texting to see if everything was right and if we needed anything. Anyway... we'll be back for sure!

The house is wonderful! Very close to an empty and beautiful beach. We went with four kids and they had a great time. The house is well equipped, we just miss a few better knives. The beach chairs were a great surprise. We love the outside area. A special highlight for the host. Very available and helpful. I recommend the stay. It was family fun days that we won't forget.

Large house, complete with furniture, mattresses, kitchenware. Pool and excellent sauna. Large, well-groomed backyard. We love it and will come back for sure!
