Rosângela is an excellent host. Mora on the bottom, but it's not intrusive. Super requests. Extremely clean. Flexible check in and check out. I only have positive points of the stay.

very attentive owner. The apartment is comfortable, has kitchen utensils, airfryer, electric coffee maker, microwave, lack of a washing machine to assist. I already knew the site, I was staying in the building a year ago, and we really liked the condominium. Condominium employees always very polite and helpful, an excellent pool, barbecue and a sauna always available. We love the place. The beach of bacutia dispenses comments. for those who want to escape from the confusion of the morro beach, there is the place! beautiful and quiet beach. Well family.

The building is new and very beautiful. Very close to Bacutia beach, one of the best and most popular in Guarapari. Swimming pool and sauna available to guests. Apartment with a bedroom and large living room!!! Kitchen equipped to meet your needs. It was a wonderful stay!

The apartment is great very close to the beach of Bacutia which is beautiful with calm and crystal clear waters, a great place for children. For those with small children, the apartment is perfect because it is very close to the beach, to walk quietly.

We already knew the Peracanga region, but it was the first time we stayed with Adriano Carlos. The apartment is exactly as in the photos, with many utensils, dish towels, and is located in the best region, exactly in front of the entrance to the kiosks, in addition to having a swimming pool and a very good barbecue area. We love the experience, we'll be back for sure.

Excellent stay... flexible check-in and check-out, with clean linens and towels... they even brought cleaning supplies and soap powder... although I didn't use any of it I thought it was a nice touch... since nothing is perfect: the TV is not smart... but luckily there was a Chromecast there that we were able to use...

Juliana asks a lot. The house is very complete and well maintained, with the right place for each item... we felt at home. Blackout curtains, super comfortable pillow and bed made our nights' sleep even better. The screens on the windows gave more security for the children. Fully integrated apartment, facilitating locomotion and providing spaciousness. The region is very calm and with easy access to all regions of Guarapari. I was able to walk/run every morning and I felt safe. On the last day I met a restaurant in the center with delicious food per kilo and everything was clean and it sold a wonderful bean to bar chocolate.

To get the house started is in a beautiful and calm and rather reserved place. Vitor was very receptive and always willing to help as far as possible. Everything and much more we need was available in the house. Everyone in my family loved it and when the opportunity comes we'll be back. I just have to thank Vitor for everything in the 6 days we spent at his house.

This was the first time I've stayed in a container, and I found the experience wonderful. Although it is compact, it is very cozy. The surrounding scenery is beautiful, you can see the sea and the lagoon. The yard is large, all walled, my dog had a lot of fun with so much space. Super recommend!!!

The house is simply amazing! Very large, comfortable and cozy — we felt at home from the first moment. We were super welcome, with attention and affection, which has already started the stay on the right foot. The lighting of the house is wonderful, it is well airy, with plenty of room in the rooms, which made all the difference for everyone to rest well. And the pool... what a spectacle! Large, clean and perfect to enjoy the day with the crowd. It was a wonderful experience, with no negative points. I would definitely return and recommend with my eyes closed!

We had a great stay! The place was clean and organized, they accepted pets and we felt good in the house, which corresponded exactly with the environment in the photos. Getting there was easy, very close to the beach and you could walk there easily. The only obstacle was when walking our dog in the condominium, which has strict rules, so they called our attention that he should only walk on the street. But the condominium was nice, quiet and we had a great experience. The host's response was quick and we communicated easily. The whole experience is worth it and we would come back other times!

I spent Christmas with the family in Salvador's apartment and we loved it! He was extremely attentive and the communication was excellent. About the place, everything was very clean, the apartment is large, comfortable and airy, in addition to the perfect location on Bacutia beach. I want to stay in the apartment again!

The apartment is spacious, well ventilated, cool, well lit and has a beautiful view from the balcony and the double bedroom. It's very close to two beaches, so we fell asleep and woke up to the sound of the waves. Everything was very clean and fragrant. One item that left a little to be desired was the speed and quality of the internet, which does not reach well in the rooms. Oh, and I missed having a large full-length mirror, for us women to get ready. Apart from these details, everything was perfect! There's a wonderful restaurant nearby, Kebab's, which is worth checking out!!

Excellent accommodation! We found the apartment smelling as if it had just been cleaned. I traveled with my elderly parents, so I looked for an apartment close to the beach. Elaine's apartment is just 1 block from the beach, it was very good for them. The mattresses are great and the pillows too, we had good nights of sleep. The TV works and Elaine left the prime unlocked. My elderly father likes to watch the news. The shower has a lot of water, very good! The kitchen has a microwave, a blender, a mixer and a few pots. I didn't intend to make lunch at home, so it suited me perfectly. Don't be afraid to rent it, we really like it
