I was extremely pleased with the stay! The house is exactly like in the pictures — spacious, well-kept environment with full kitchen and bathroom with excellent shower and hot water. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for resting, and still has a shop next door that makes everyday life much easier. The location is great, close to the beach. The host was very attentive and always ready to help. Would highly recommend!

Hello, I spent 7 days with my family at João's house and it was just wonderful. The house perfectly matches the photos. It is spacious, ventilated, has comfortable beds, and a swimming pool that is always clean and well-kept. But the icing on the cake of the stay was hiring Nice's service. What a polite, helpful, kind woman. It makes you feel at home, cooking a little bit of everything with love. They always have a smile on their face. A real gift of the stay. Thank you very much, Nice, for all your care with me and my family. You're ahead of the curve. We'll be back!

Very clean and very beautiful apartment, it's even better than in the photos. The owner was also very helpful, showed us the entire apartment and even left some things in the fridge to welcome us.

I liked the stay, but what is missing in the rooms is an air conditioning unit, the first room was very hot; other than the heat, everything was great, I will definitely come back more often.

Bedroom and bathroom are exactly like the pictures. Cleaning of the place is impeccable. Hosting and extremely friendly and welcoming hosts, you feel right at home. Good bed, excellent and clean air conditioning. Internet (Wi-Fi) works perfectly. The TV, with a little patience (laughs), works well too. I am a client, I prefer the larger room (mainly because of its parking that is more practical), but I recommend lodging with Dona Rozângila without any reservations in both rooms. She is very attentive to absolutely everything and always flexible with my checkouts. I will definitely return.

Our stay was great. Well-located apartment - close to many activities and restaurants. And the veranda is wonderful. We are a family of 4 and everyone was satisfied with the rooms. The room was big enough to be very comfortable. We'll be back!

2 night stay at Stéphane's apartment. Fernandes takes care of it and was the welcoming host, very responsive if you have questions. Clean apartment with beautiful view, well-equipped with two bedrooms and 3 TVs, connected to very fast fiber WiFi. On the other hand, just a note for those who don't have a vehicle to go to the supermarket, it's 35 minutes on foot, even if there are buses or Uber or 99, it wasn't easy on foot, especially in the evening, so plan transportation. The location allows you to do both sides of the beaches, i.e. the beach of the future and the other beach of the city center with lots of restaurants and beach huts. I recommend this apartment without any problems, good value for money. I enjoyed it, thank you to my Host Fernandes again and hope to see you soon because Fortaleza is very pretty and I love Brazil, a very beautiful country where people are welcoming.

I know the focus should be on the space, which is absurdly beautiful, but I would like to compliment Bianca first, who was the best host I've had the pleasure of staying with. Bianca was attentive, always ready to resolve any issue. It made us feel safe. Bianca understands the value of a trip/tour with the family. The resort is wonderful… amazing pools, on a quiet beach. Beautiful. Very complete accommodation. Everything was perfect. Just invest and be surprised.

The accommodation was quiet, the space matches the photos, it has a great location, clean and organized. Ricardo is a perfect host, he gave us all the information the day before, as well as several places for tours and restaurants, etc.

I stayed for a couple of days. It was a positive experience. The sea view is great as is the location. You are right at the start of the lively boulevard. It is a safe place with very professional and also friendly security and a nice bar that serves great coffee

My stay at Landscape was simply perfect! The apartment is great, super comfortable, clean and very well located. Host Jairo was amazing from start to finish, super attentive, always available and with quick answers. Extremely helpful, he even provided a hair dryer when I needed it. I would definitely stay with him again and highly recommend the experience!

Denise’s apartment is just wonderful! Fully equipped and she even provided a crib for our baby, which made a huge difference in our experience. Her communication was always quick and proactive and she solved every little issue we had. I can’t thank her enough for the amazing stay!

Impeccable apartment in great condition, extremely pleasant location, the host is very present and responds quickly, the house accommodates 6 people comfortably, it has a great sound and TV in the living room and the beds are very comfortable!

The service regarding the questions that arose was resolved quickly and very promptly. The place is on the 12th floor of the building, very beautiful, cozy and can actually accommodate up to 5 people. The kitchen contains basic and useful utensils for the stay we had. The only point to note, which I don't consider negative, is that we could have been informed at check-in that the hotel pool was closed, but we only found out because of the notice inside the elevator (the pool/leisure area was a determining factor in renting the place). Otherwise, we had another option nearby, which was the beach, just across the avenue. The apartment floor is very quiet and peaceful, a very positive point. Easy to get around with app cars, both to get to and from the hotel. I recommend it and I want to come back more often, this time with the pool working.

I believe that the one who was most surprised was my 4-year-old daughter, she loved the apartment, the pool area, my grandmother loved the hammock on the balcony and I thought all the amenities around Studio Iracema were perfect. Everything we needed to feel at home was in the rental, so I give it a 10, and I'm already recommending it to friends.
