It's a wonderful apartment, very safe. Beautiful view and close to everything beautiful in Fortaleza. I have stayed in many places around the world and there is practically nothing to question about Simon and Liciane's place. If I ever go back to the city, I'll stay here without hesitation.

A perfect stay! Great apartment ! I went alone , for work , the apartment is super comfortable , impeccable and met the purpose well. Out was the cordiality and reception of the hosts.

Silvia's apartment is a charm: beautiful decoration, smelling, towels and bed linens of fine taste. You feel the affection of the anfritian in the details! Easy to reach, front building with the beach, a busy and safe place. I did not have to rent a car because the location allows you to do many things a few minutes walk away. I thank Silvia for having rented such a cozy place!

We spent 7 days in the apartment and it was like we were at home. The accommodation is brand new, tastefully decorated and the apartment is super well equipped. I needed to work during the days I was there and there is even a small desk where I could work with plenty of peace and comfort. I would definitely stay again. On top of all this, Janine is a sweetheart: very attentive and quick to respond.

The host was very helpful with all the demands, always responding with kindness. The place was very clean and exactly as advertised. We'll be back soon!

Apart from the talkative lady at the check-in, she was extremely rude to the doorman, not to us, but to him, I don't know if he was a resident in the building or works at the entrance too, but she treated him very badly, he on the contrary was extremely polite and professional, the apartment is great, beautiful view, clean, on the beach, pharmacy nearby and places to eat, you can go everywhere, and to sleep it is very quiet, a 10 ⭐️

The apartment is excellent, with air conditioning or a fan in every room. All very clean and brand new. Host Maira is super attentive and responds quickly to all messages.

Our stay at Manoel's apartment was great! He was very proactive before, during, and after our stay. He gave us directions to places to go and allowed us to check in in advance. As for the apartment, it is wonderful and exceeded our expectations! Just like the listing! Everything is very beautiful, organized and comfortable and very close to Beach Park and the supermarket. We would definitely go back to Manoel's place. It was a great weekend.

Very well located condominium, by the sea, the apartment is on the first floor and it is easy to access the beach, facing the sea, next to the stairs that exit the balcony to the condominium patio, there is a playground, the pool is wonderful, easy and quick check-in, two parking spaces, full kitchen for preparing meals, including our breakfasts, which were every day in the apartment and we made dinner too, located near the beach park, Quiet beach to enjoy and plenty of space for children, there is a beach volleyball court that belongs to the condominium and football, I took my three dogs (Yorkshire terriers) and there was plenty of space to walk with them. Daniel is an excellent host, from the first contact until the departure from the apartment, he always responded very quickly and gave all the necessary instructions, he is to be congratulated on everything! Anyway, I recommend it and I will definitely stay at Terramaris again, an excellent place!

Everything is very organized, 24-hour security, there is a grocery store inside the condominium, a wonderful swimming pool, the host is always concerned with the guests....we will definitely come back more often....

I just can't say enough concerning Elisa and her husband. Both were great host, they were very attentive actually being there you fill like family. they have a wonderful 8 month baby boy. The place is very nice, and as busy as it can get with a new born and working Elisa was a tremendous host. Marcal also runs a business and teaches online, he found time to show me around Fortaleza, one of the sweetest couples you would ever want to know. Great place to stay, I will stay there any time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. The apartment is comfortable and well decorated with great amenities. It’s perfect with kids, with the short walk to the swings/playground which you can see from the terrace.

My mother and sister stayed at Mr. Ivaldo's house. Always very proactive and kind, caring and attentive to their well-being, Mr. Ivaldo left nothing to be desired. From the first contact, the host explained to me about my choice, the conditions of the room chosen for the two people and the best options available. The house is very well-equipped, clean, spacious, ready to welcome us. The same can be said of the room and that king bed, which was more than comfortable. Our stay in Fortaleza was better because of you, dear. I recommend the stay without so much as a second thought!

The home was one of our best hits here on airbnb! The house is huge, with a lot of leisure area available, in addition to the support team that gave us all the support. There were some things that needed maintenance, but whenever necessary we asked the homegoers for help and they readily helped. For the rest, comfortable beds, clean bedding, working kitchen, refrigerators and freezers in great condition, barbecue in perfect condition Tbm, in addition to super well-maintained furniture and utensils. We love our stay, and we will definitely return!!

Our family loved the experience, we celebrated my son's birthday where many children took advantage of the spaces, played a lot, clean pool with pleasant temperature. The housekeeper was very helpful and made our barbecue. Excellent experience.
