The location is excellent, the apartment is comfortable and is located in a condominium with outdoor pools, thermal pool, tennis court and multi-sport court, children's playroom and a great gym. In addition, there is a mini market and a restaurant inside the condominium that also serves the beach. Chairs and sun umbrellas are available. Communication with André is quick and effective. He was very attentive to us. The apartment is exactly as described, has split air-conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room, a wine cellar, crystal glasses, 2 parking spaces and you can see the sea from the balcony. The internet works very well. We already want to go back.

The apartment is more beautiful than in the photos. Well decorated, spacious and very complete, with absolutely all the necessary utensils and amenities. Fully equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and impeccable bedding! Excellent shower (gas). The condominium has an excellent structure and the location is heavenly!! In addition to direct access to the beach, it has an indoor, heated pool and a restaurant that, out of season, is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, but in season, it is open every day. As for the apartment, eating on the balcony looking at the sea... wonderful!! And the dorms also have a clear view of the beach!! You can see the sea lying in bed. Neida was an excellent host! He took care of every little detail to make us comfortable!! We felt at home!! You left a welcome treat. It's an excellent place to do home office. Neida provided an office chair and has a dishwasher and washing machine. We'll definitely be back again. We love it!!

The apartment is wonderful. Everything was clean and organised, and there was everything we needed in the kitchen. The balcony gets good sunlight in the winter- perfect to relax in the hammock. We barely needed to use the car as you can walk straight to the beach or to good coffee shops and restaurants. Gabriela was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and made sure our check in was simple. We hope we can come back again soon!

The house is cute! Very whimsical at home detail. Small and cozy. It has an incredible balcony and it is possible to see the sunset. Various items and utensils. Check in and check out was super flexible. Silvia is nice and made us feel super comfortable.

Ligia is an excellent host, very accommodating and always willing to help. Very thoughtful welcome touches. She gave great recommendations for trying local cafes and restaurants. The place was as advertised, clean and quite. I felt at home and I had a wonderful stay, will definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the house was excellent. We loved it from the start - it's very comfortable and comes with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool is as shown in the pictures, ideal for relaxing and refreshing. In addition, the location is very convenient, just four blocks from the beach, which allows you to walk without any problem. The apartment is beautiful. It's two blocks from the beach and two blocks from a supermarket with everything you need. The neighborhood is super quiet and nice. The facilities have everything you need and more to be comfortable. Air conditioning in all rooms, two bathrooms. In short, everything was very good. The only thing to keep in mind is that it's a little far from downtown, but it's not a bad thing about the apartment for me

I stayed 10 days at Vanessa's apartment and it was great. The place is super cozy, everything is tidy and comfortable. The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet and has everything nearby; bars, snack bars, good market, pharmacy, in short, super practical. The apartment has everything we need to cook comfortably, and it also has plenty of linens and blankets, all of good quality and very fragrant. Vanessa helped me with everything I needed, always very helpful. The view of the sea is beautiful and the beach is very close, you can easily walk. I really enjoyed the experience, I felt super comfortable. I would definitely come back!

The house is better than the photos, in a quiet, safe, very nice neighborhood. The house is huge, very well maintained, everything works very well and communication with Leo and Ney was quick and very cordial, I would rent it again 100%! Thank you Leo for everything, it was an excellent vacation!

Great hosting option in Jurerê. Good value for money. Even more beautiful in person. Comfortable rooms and good mattresses. Direct access to the beach, right on the sand. Presence of steps in the internal and external area. Lucas provided great service, always attentive and polite. As there were no reservations after ours, it allowed us to check out later. Mrs. Mari, the building caretaker, is also very attentive.

We came as 4 couples to do the Floripa Ironman...and, without a doubt, we stayed in the best possible place. And I'm not just talking about location.
