The house shares the land with another house, where we rent rooms. However, each house has its own entrance and an exclusive patio. It has a shared laundry area.

The property is inside a private property of 120 hectares of lush nature and preserved by the family since the 70s. The nearest beach is that of Conceição which is at the entrance of the property about 1000 meters away. From the residence the view to the Ocean contemplates the famous 4 Islands of the coast of the region.
