Waterfront vacation rentals in Praia da Rocha

Bel appartement situé dans un immeuble avec vue sur mer (à environ 200m). Le logement est très lumineux et spacieux pour 2 personnes, avec tout le nécessaire pour un séjour au top. La piscine commune au pied de l’immeuble est très appréciable. Le logement est idéalement situé à Portimão, où l’on peut accéder à pied aux plages et aux commerces. Bruno et son équipe sont très réactif et de bons conseils.

We had a fantastic week at Lilias with a 4 and 2 year old. Location is brilliant and fantastic for a family, the beach couldnt be closer, the bus stop across the road has easy links to the old town and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. In the apartment, a travel cot and high chair were provided and it was well stocked. The pool is handy, but quite deep, an adult can stand in the shallow end but not a child, however with floats and armbands the little ones had fun. Lilia is a very responsive and helpful host, highly recommend both the apartment and Portimão.

Hartstikke fijn verblijf. We hebben ontzettend genoten. De ruimte is ruim en zeer centraal gelegen. De woning heeft alles ook qua bestek, lekkeren koffie etc. Enige minpunt; het putje in de douche werkte niet naar behoren.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons eu une hôte accueillante et souriante. Les instructions etaient très claire, l’appartement très propre et le quartier a deux pas de la mer. Seul bémol, le bruit des travaux en journée mais rien de repoussant. C’était un plaisir !

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Portimao. Die Wohnung liegt in einem Wohnblock im 5. Stock und ist entsprechend der Bilder eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Bett war angenehm, genug Kissen vorhanden und die Bettwäsche, sowie Handtücher waren butterweich. Wir hatten einen tollen Meerblick. Unweit der Wohnung gibt es ein Hotel bei dem man als Gast frühstücken kann für kleines Geld. Im Eingang des Gebäudes gibt es dazu einen Aushang. Wir würden dieses Air BnB wieder buchen. Très beau logement à 10-15 minutes à pieds de la plage. Le logement était très propre et bien équipé. Il y avait une construction d’un nouvel immeuble directement à côté, nous étions inquiets pour le bruit, finalement cela n’a pas été un inconvénient mais il bien de le savoir car sur la terrasse donnant sur la piscine, il est possible de voir la construction. Les hôtes ont été très réactifs lorsque nous avions une question. Je recommande fortement.

We had an amazing stay in Miguel’s apartment! Miguel answered every question very quickly and the apartment was very clean. A really nice place to stay in in Portimao!

Estive com a minha mulher e os nossos 3 filhos hospedados durante uma semana na casa da prainha do João e todos gostamos muito da experiência. A casa é fantástica, está numa localização incrível e o João é impecável. Obrigado por estas férias

Asa’s home is a great spot for a family vacation, it is very comfortable, located in a peaceful complex with a beautiful pool and in close proximity (walking distance) to a beautiful beach. The children enjoyed the home so much as it also had a small playground next door to the house. There were two other areas also within a walking distance with restaurants and other beaches. All in all greatly recommended. Thank you for the beautiful visit. 🤍

Marinas place is amazing! Exactly as described. Placed in a great location in the old town, it was super easy to get to everything. Marina was super helpful with any questions we had, her response time was very quick. We especially loved both terraces! Would definitely recommend when staying in Portugal:)

L’emplacement de la maison est incroyable: à quelques mètres de la plage, dans un cadre apaisant. Point de départ idéal pour les plus belles ballades de la région le long du littoral. La maison est décorée avec beaucoup de goût et des matériaux de qualité. Elle est parfaitement équipée avec tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour passer un séjour de rêve (fond de maison impeccable, cuisine équipée, bbq, serviettes de plage, etc) . Stephanie à pensé à tout! Cette maison est une parfaite maison de bord de mer, mais se transforme aussi en cocon doux et chaleureux grâce au poêle à bois quand la météo est moins clémente. Stephanie est une hôte parfaite, pleine d’attentions et toujours disponible. Encore merci pour tout ! Dernier point: vous trouverez en face de la maison 2 délicieux restaurants proposant des poissons grillés incroyables! Ce fut un séjour de rêve! nous quittons cette maison avec des souvenirs plein la tête et nous espérons y revenir bientôt !

Amazing… had me looking up how to buy a home in Lagos.. or at least we will come back to visit!

Wir waren mit Freunden 1 Woche in Laras Unterkunft und haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist super sauber gewesen. Lara war immer gut erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und der Pool hat den ganzen Tag Sonne! Das Haus entsprach absolut unseren Erwartungen. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt von unserer Seite: Das Haus liegt an einer viel befahrenen, lauten Landstraße in einem Wohngebiet in Aufbau. Man muss mit Baulärm rechnen. Vielen lieben Dank, Lara!! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Our stay at Casa Bombarda was the highlight of our trip—both the unit and Lagos completely exceeded our expectations. The home is absolutely beautiful, with three stunning outdoor spaces, including a rooftop patio where we enjoyed ocean views and unforgettable sunsets. Luis was a fantastic host—great with communication, full of helpful recommendations, and always quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and cleaning, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location is ideal: a short walk to the heart of old town and close to amazing restaurants, shops, and beaches. Casa Bombarda went well above and beyond what we hoped for. We’ll always remember our time here and will be recommending it to everyone we know!

We had a great stay. The space was very modern and comfortable and in a very walkable location. We took the opportunity to buy a great bottle of wine for under 4 Euros at the grocery store and enjoyed it on the rooftop patio in the early evening! Thanks for a lovely stay. Carol

Great friendly hosts who really made sure that we felt at home. Location is perfect - right by the beach. Easy drive to nearby grocery store and town centre. Home was very spacious and had a beautiful window. Enjoyed the stay.

Une vue exceptionnelle, un appartement parfait, beaucoup d’espace, accès facile à l’appartement,au marché et au restaurant! C’était superbe! Il y avait beaucoup de travaux dans le secteur ce qui ne nous a toutefois pas embêté mais ça justifie notre évaluation du quartier. Hôte très très réactif!!! Nous avons beaucoup apprécié son support lorsque nécessaire! À recommander vivement!

Fabulous location! Beach, amazing boardwalk, and town very near, just lots of stairs! But that is beautiful Portugal! Views from porch were fantastic; everything you needed was in the kitchen and it was a very welcoming place. We didn’t use the pool, but it is a good size and well maintained. Master shower is a bit tight, but a big beautiful bath is 5 steps away, so really no big deal. I would definitely book here again if the opportunity arises!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kasia's place. Kasia was extremely helpful with providing us with invaluable information regarding things to do and places to go whilst in Lagos. We would definitely stay there again.

We loved staying at Marlene's place! The location can't be beat. The views were amazing and we enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the walking trails along the cliffs. We found the walk to town totally doable (10-15mins) with also a few restaurants even closer (Mar, Luca's rooftop, etc.). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked. We would definitely stay here again.

Wir waren mit unserer Tochter in der Wohnung von Ingmar und hatten eine fantastische Zeit. Die Wohnung ist viel größer als man auf den Fotos denken würde. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Zum kochen abends und draußen auf dem Balkon essen einfach perfekt! Ein wunderschöner Strand ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Außerdem sind in der Umgebung alle highlights der algarve mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen und waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal zu Gast. Vielen Dank Ingmar!

We enjoyed our stay at Sofia's apartment. Location of the apartment is great, walkable to beaches and restaurants. Apartment had a nice pool, we were there almost every day. Sofia was very helpful, and gave us good suggestions about the area. Instructions for checkin was great. Sofia made more flexible check in and check out, which is great as we were travelling with toddler. We would stay again in Sofia's apartment if we are coming to Portimão. Great place to stay for a family.

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!!
