Beachfront vacation rentals in Praia da Rocha

Jonathan was a great host. Super responsive and communicative. The location is close enough to all the bars and restaurants to walk in minutes but far enough to have some quiet. The outdoor terrace was great and the whole place was clean and comfortable. We made a mistake and locked the keys in the bedroom on accident and as to get them retrieved so keep them with you at all times in case the wind blows the door closed. We’d definitely stay again!

Such a gem of a place. We stayed for 6 nights; I originally (mistakenly) only booked for 5 nights but the hosts were accommodating and responsive when I requested to add another night to the end of the trip. We came for my 40th birthday, and I was looking for a place right on the coast, with cliffs and ocean views. This perfectly fit the bill and I had an enchanting time. There are so many lovely spaces in the house to enjoy the views and the weather, and the hosts are responsive and send recommendations for the area.

Rosa’s place was great and exactly as described. Very short distance to beach and town (~15 min). She had recommendations which we appreciated. Check-in was easy. The place was as described and Rosa was super communicative. We encountered some issues after checkin and Rosa handled them immediately, which was so appreciated!! The place was super clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for an amazing stay, Rosa!

Really lovely apartment. Very clean and well stocked… had everything you could need. The view from the balcony is fab, so relaxing to sit there listening to the lapping of the waves. Jose and Diogo were very nice to deal with. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for some quiet time out.

It’s our second visit here and we loved it as much as we did the first time, especially how’s there’s air conditioning! It’s a home from home with everything we needed. Sarah is helpful, friendly and responsive. See you next year

Angelo was a perfect host and extremely helpful when checking. The location was excellent and the apartment was extremely spacious, well equipped and spotless. We had everything that we required for 3 adults during our 6 day stay. The private parking made us rest easy. We would definitely book again for our next Praia de Rocha visit

Cannot say enough about this place-would recommend every time. Walkable to fantastic restaurants and shopping, view is unbeatable. The pool was an added bonus after a day of sightseeing! Easy to access hiking, ocean activities and shops to stock up on provisions. Maria and Robert were very helpful and responsive hosts. Stop looking and book!!

This place is diamond level ! They had everything we needed to enjoy the beach that’s a walkable distance from the location. Cozy, quiet, and great location. Would definitely recommend!

We enjoyed the condo. Many upgrades within the condo. Parking was easy. I gentleman that checked us in was very helpful and informative

Upon arrival, Ricardo and his wife Patricia arrived with the key. In the app, various welcome gifts were ready (cookies,chocolate,bottle of water,bottle of fruit juice,coffee pods,tea bags, and also 2 pastel de nata. For the washing machine, a laundry pod and for the dishwasher, a dishwasher tablet. The apartment is on the 18th floor and has 2 balconies. So both in the morning and in the evening sun on the terrace. Not to mention a beautiful view over the ocean. Praia da rocha is definitely worth a visit and then book the app of Ricardo. Downstairs there is a swimming pool with relaxing chairs and also a heated swimming pool for the children. Ricardo and Patricia are super friendly and very accommodating. We really enjoyed their top apartment and especially the heartwarming welcome. If we return to Portugal, Praia da Rocha, we will definitely stay with Ricardo and Patricia.

Very warm welcome and a very nice apartment where we felt at home. We didn't miss anything. The apartment is also very central and yet quiet. Everything is within walking distance. We especially thank Elaine and Stephen for a stocked fridge, all the other amenities as well as for the wonderfully warm communication. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped and is located in an excellent area. In addition, Eurico was very friendly and always attentive to any questions or needs. Definitely a place we'd happily go back to. Thank you for everything!

Marinas place was amazing! Great location, had everything that you need including first aid box! 2 minute walk from the centre with locals bars shop and restaurants and the view was to die for!! Extremly recommend this place! Thanks marina ☺️

The view was outstanding! The pictures match the apartment and we really enjoyed the view of the ocean during the stay. The apartment was right on the main beach boulevard with restaurants and a Spar grocery store right downstairs so all very convenient. There was only one heater unfortunately. There is one free secured lot with the flat but not the easiest to park.

Our stay in this apartment was really good. The apartment was clean and really close to the Beach and to an supermarked. The Host was super friendly and recommended Restaurants and activities nearby, he also answered questions quickly. All in all highly recommended.

Wow! What a place! Our family is pretty active and this villa gave us everything we needed. The pool is HUGE, the paddle tennis court is amazing fun, the golf course is a great touch. You will need a car as it’s nice and secluded giving plenty of privacy. Had a couple a couple of times where we needed to make contact with host and got a response in minutes. We will be back! Worth every penny!

Great stay at Tatiana's! Perfectly equipped apartment, very quiet, with the advantage of private parking within the property🏡. Ideally located, a few minutes' walk from the beach, restaurants and all entertainment🌴. Tatiana was very responsive and available throughout the stay💬. An address that I would recommend without hesitation!

The apartment is beautiful, such a nice location and Ana is a wonderfully kind lady. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
