A wonderful stay, this small studio with a magnificent view in front of the bed is really perfect. Available in a Safety Protected Area and above all two wonderful homeowners who prepare a magnificent and abundant breakfast and are truly special people with whom to have a friendly conversation about all topics. We had an excellent vacation in this beautiful apartment. It's so nice that you don't want to leave the apartment. Much nicer than the photos. The apartment is perfect for resting. Full kitchen, with a washing machine and an impeccable view! Easy access to the beach and indoor pool. Pedro is very friendly and made himself available all the time. I highly recommend it!

nice clean place in Santa Teresa in a safe area. check-in was smooth and Matthias was communicative. lots to see in the immediate area as well as local restaurants and bars easy to catch the street cars into town or quickly grab an Uber.. would recommend it visiting rio

I really enjoyed my stay! The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and had a great location - it is literally across the street from the beach! Camille was extremely helpful and responsive during my stay, even sending my friend and I several recommendations for activities to do in Rio. The location of the apartment is great, with great local restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also just a quick Uber ride away from big attractions like Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Overall, I had a great experience and would stay again if I came back to Rio.

My stay was wonderful, too bad it was short. The location is perfect. The view is amazing and the apartment is super cozy and spacious. I felt at home! In addition, the condominium is super friendly, with clear information and good communication between employees. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and larger than expected. It is very close to Olegario, which has exactly the best bars, restaurants and everything you need such as: market, bakery, gym… I really liked it and didn't even want to leave kkk I will definitely be back. Alexandre is simply the perfect host, always helpful before, during and even after check-outs. The apartment itself was perfect. Everything was perfect, from cleaning to check-in and check-out. It's pretty much down to the beach so the location couldn't be better. I enjoyed my little 14 days there and will most likely come back

The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable, identical to the photo, only the building leaves something to be desired, it is very old, there is only one elevator for several people, it is a mission to go up to the apartment
