The apartment is very well located, quiet, and with a beautiful view of the sea. Comfortable queen bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom with a great shower. We were greeted with some treats and the refrigerator was stocked with water. Communication with Erica was great. Check in and check out direct at reception. The Zonal Sul supermarket (24 hours), located on the ground floor of the condominium, is a perfect support for longer stays. We loved the stay!

The stay at Shirlei's place was simply perfect! The location in Ipanema is unbeatable: one of the most beautiful and safest areas in Rio. The beach is a stone's throw away, as are nice and excellent restaurants, supermarkets, and even Uber bikes to rent on the same street. The apartment is well cared for in every detail, clean, comfortable and cozy. In addition, the presence of a 24-hour reception adds an extra layer of security and convenience. A special thank you to Shirlei, a truly fantastic host: always available, kind and ready to give very useful advice to make the most of the city. Highly recommended!

Amazing accommodation! The apartment is very beautiful and comfortable, everything was very clean and with a view that is indescribably perfect!! The condominium offers a great structure and the location is very good! Very helpful host and always easy to communicate with!! I highly recommend this accommodation!! I was sad to have to leave!

Alexander was friendly and welcomed us on the first day. The design and the art of the house is amazing. I see myself staying here for over a month. The Neighbourhood is safe and secure. I highly recommend booking and staying here if you are new to Rio.

Alexandre is simply the perfect host, always helpful before, during and even after check-outs. The apartment itself was perfect. Everything was perfect, from cleaning to check-in and check-out. It's pretty much down to the beach so the location couldn't be better. I enjoyed my little 14 days there and will most likely come back

Great space and location of the apartment. 24horas Gate facilitates and brings more security. My only suggestion is a mirror in the apartment.

VERY NICE APARTMENT, SUPER WELL LOCATED, WITH A GREAT VIEW, TRULY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Danilo is an actively responsive host. Check-in was seamlessly integrated; Given I had an early flight arrival, accommodations were made behooving my friend and I. The location is in the heart of Copacabana. For any excursions I booked, the air bnb was always inside the pickup zone, enabling transportation to pick us up and drop us off right outside the door. Restaurants along the beach side are within walking distance. Face recognition access allowed easy access in and out of the building. The building provides 24/7 building security, all visitors must be registered with the host at least 3 hours in advance, including full name and ID number. Otherwise, they won’t be allowed to enter the building. The pool is roughly around 4 1/2 feet deep. Overall I would return, Danilo kept contact throughout my stay as well as the front desk offering assistance as needed.

Gabriella’s apartment is in an excellent location and the building offers some great amenities for those interested in swimming, as well as a well-equipped gym. The beds are very comfortable and the AC worked seamlessly even during the hot afternoon temperatures. We did have a couple of small issues, but Gabriella and Tayla were responsive and eager to help. We would absolutely return to this apartment on a future trip!

We went with the family and the apartment is really excellent!!! The photos are as shown, the place is beautiful, the building too. The hosts were very attentive and responded to everything that was needed. I wish all places were like this. We'll be back!!!

Everything was excellent. A luxury apartment with all the amenities, facing the beach and close to the gastronomic area. Super comfortable sofa bed. The hostess is super attentive.

Priscila was the perfect host and deserves more than five stars for being very responsive, friendly and thoughtful. The promptness and quality of her communications puts the five star hotels we have stayed in during this trip to shame. The location is peaceful and very secure and there is a private, first-line view of the beach and sea beyond from the balcony. It’s easy to get around the area, or to and from Rio, using a well known online ride service - but if you have hired a car, the parking is on-site and covered. A little far to walk to most places if like me you are past your prime but that makes it more peaceful and secure while you are here. A great way to finish our travels, very highly recommended.

You should be able to leave a 6-star rating. Romeu's apartment is an 11/10, it exceeds all expectations. Apartment remodeled to new, with complete equipment (for example, with towels, chairs, umbrella and beach refrigerator), everything impeccable, functional, unbeatable view, perfect condominium and location (right in front there is a supermarket and just below, a restaurant of first class international cuisine, two blocks away: pharmacies, service station, bakery, etc.), the beach in posto 7 is one of the best and quietest in Barra. Anyway, unbeatable from every angle, thank you very much Romeu and see you next time (which there will undoubtedly be).

I loved the stay! Zé Carlos was super attentive and helpful the whole time. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has all the necessary household utensils. In addition, it has easy access and the street next door offers several options for bars, restaurants, pharmacies and markets. I will definitely come back more often — everything was perfect! ❤️
