Apartment exactly as described. The condominium is great, with very helpful employees. Extremely secure. It has a market that has everything so we wouldn't need to have taken anything abosulantly. The caretaker, Mr. Pedro and his family were super friendly to helpful. Both rooms have their own bathroom and a downstairs bathroom.

We went as a family and our stay was excellent. The apartment is exactly as described in the listing, it has an excellent location within the condominium: close to the beach and in front of the market that the condominium has (which, by the way, has a fair price). The view from the balcony is of the mountains, which brings a lot of calm to the apartment. The car is parked in the garage and the entire check-in process was excellent. I recommend it!

We spent amazing days in Ilha Bela! The accommodation is great, well located and in a gated community that brings more security and tranquility, although the city itself is very quiet! The house is very cozy and has everything for a great stay, complete kitchen utensils, linens and towels, as well as beach items such as a sunshade, cooler and beach chairs. The pool area is very beautiful and makes for great photos! The host Carlos was very helpful, always responded quickly and gave us tips on places to visit! Anyway, they were great days of rest and leisure and we will definitely be back!

The house is wonderful, clean, cozy, well maintained and full of details that make us feel at home. But what really made the difference in our stay was Nenê. She has a caring way of taking care of everything, always willing to help, give tips on tours and even order fresh seafood to prepare with that homemade seasoning that only she knows how to make. And the chocolate cake? Delicious! We will definitely return!

We spent amazing days at Liliane's house! The location is great — inside a safe condominium and close to the beach, which made all the difference. The house is super cozy, well distributed, well equipped and with everything of quality, perfect to enjoy with family or friends. Liliane was a great host…super friendly, quick to respond and very organized, always kept us well informed before and during the stay. We felt very well received and certainly recommend the experience!

First of all, I have to admit that Luciana is amazing! He responded to all messages promptly and responded to two requests without any difficulty. The location is great and you just have to cross the street to get to the beach (tower 11). The apartment has all the amenities needed for a peaceful stay on the beach! Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention from Sergio, I felt at home, because the apartment offers all the necessary amenities for everyday life on the coast and after a day at the beach to end with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated. I went in 3 people, and the flat met all my expectations. In terms of location, it is located in a condominium that is literally in front of entrance 11 of Maresias beach, and is simply the best part of the beach. I went in the middle of Carnival, and it was a marvel. The condominium is great, the pool is very good, I used a lot of the leisure area with ping pong and also the shower when arriving from the beach. Lucão was very flexible about the check-in and check-out time as well, answered all my questions about the flat, what to take, and also gave great tips for tours in Maresias. I recommend it!!

Fabiani's house is beautiful and very well decorated, there is no shortage of items in the kitchen. All in very good taste. The house does not smell musty, I always like to write this because we are VERY allergic and this is a very important point. New and good mattresses. We found the house clean, but it needed more care in cleaning the clothes cabinets and the refrigerator. We hired Cléo (recommended by Fabiani) and it was wonderful. He made our breakfast and left everything very clean. Another very good point is that you arrive from the beach and already in the outdoor area you wash all the things with sand, there is a clothesline, there is a tank, there is a washing machine. The house has screens on the windows so it's wonderful to prevent local mosquitoes. It also has a beach cart to take the chairs and umbrella and it was great! I suggest leaving more bath mats available, liquid hand soap in the bathrooms and toilet paper. I know the house doesn't offer it, but it makes a difference. It was wonderful, thank you

Simply in love with my stay! The apê is super clean, organized and has a view of the sea that even looks like a movie setting. There was everything I needed there, every detail thought out with affection. And Cesar, the host, is out of order! Super good people, always available and made everything for my experience to be perfect. It was all so amazing that I'm already wanting to come back! Undoubtedly one of the best accommodations I've ever had.
