Vacation rentals with beach access in Praia da Feiticeira

Accommodation just like the photos, everything new and clean. Peaceful and family villa. Clean, tasteful and functional decoration. The only photo that causes a bit of confusion is the one that shows the beach and lets us understand that the property would be standing in the sand, because we were told that we could wait for the check in time (if we arrived before the time) in this area of the beach, but the swing is located in a bar/kiosk (with great service) on the beach. To get to the beach, you just have to cross the avenue, very easy. This confusion made it a little difficult to locate the entrance to the property at night, but we quickly turned around and found it! The host Karina is very friendly and polite. We recommend the accommodation and hope to return soon!

Extremely easy access to all possible locations, close to the main avenue, with markets, restaurants and pharmacies nearby and very close to the ferry. Impeccable place of clean and very comfortable. Wonderful host and very helpful and attentive. I recommend it without fear and will certainly return more often!

Mauricio's space is very cozy and spacious, fully equipped, with air-conditioning in the bedroom and a fan in the living room. The house is very airy, has a garage and is located very close to the ferry to Ilhabela, which can be a key point for those who want to explore both São Sebastião and Ilhabela. Everything for basic necessities of everyday life is near. Mauritius has proven kind and proactive, with nice recommendations.

We love the accommodation, we feel at home. In addition to being all clean and tidy, the space is cozy, a huge room, with a beautiful, breathtaking view. We didn't suffer with late-night street sweepers or noises from neighbors. We took our dogs and it was very easy to leave them there while we went for a walk. Katya was flexible with check-out time, which allowed us to enjoy our last day more. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful house with phenomenal view. Full and extremely well equipped house. Sueli was very attentive. As described in the announcement, it is not suitable for children, the elderly or people with mobility difficulties, but the view makes up for the effort. Two bedrooms one suite with double bed and one room with two beds are inside the house and there is a suite with double bed and single bed with a connection by the terrace, this last room has a little more humidity. The office /TV room is super cozy, too bad we didn't even have time to use. Delicious beach, without agglomeration and beautiful. We're going to want to go back.

We loved our stay at Antônio's house, the house is exactly as shown in the photos, a truly clean, organized, equipped and tasteful environment. House in a safe, quiet and well-located place. We needed Antônio's support with the water filter and the shower resistance and he promptly helped us and solved the setback. Super commendate staff.

The place is simply wonderful! Literally right on the sand on a quiet beach 2 km from the historic center. Well equipped with everything we could need. It is well worth it. Miriam is very attentive and excellent communication. Excellent and highly recommended.

Selene, the host, was always very attentive and helpful. He gave clear location instructions and valuable tips for places to visit and in relation to mosquitoes. The house is exactly as in the pictures: a grace, well airy and illuminated, with the main utensils. It is super well located: close to the beach and with a supermarket and pharmacy very close by. The grill is great, with a good size and great exhaustion. We were greeted by Luciano, homemade, a very beautiful and super attentive people from Bahia. Anyway, the cost-benefit is unbeatable! Ana's house is a very special place! Super cozy living room, bedroom with a wonderful view, spacious bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. The view from the deck, the shower with ice-cold water and the pool are a spectacle in themselves. You can also enter the sea through the rocks, which makes everything more special, with the feeling of having a beach just for you. A breath in the midst of the frenetic routine we have. Access to the house has a very steep staircase, but if you hold the handrail and go down slowly, it is quite easy. The same thing to access the lower deck/sea. They were very delicious days and I will definitely come back more often! Ana's proactivity and quick returns make all the difference! :)

The space is even better than it looks on the photos. I found it to be more spacious both indoors and in the yard. the backyard wall is also higher than it appears. But what I loved most about the stay were the little details that are not in the listing: very cozy pillows and bedding; wonderful shower; various appliances that are not listed. The owner of the space is unparalleled in her kindness, and responded very promptly to our requests. Next visit to Maresias I will try to rent the space again!

I was there with 3 friends so we found the perfect appartement for 4 people. The appartement was beautiful and had a perfect location, only 2 minutes walk to the beach and many shops and restaurants within a 5 minutes walk. Eneas gave us some good information about the appartement and how to get in well ahead of the journey and was quickly reachable when we arrived.

Excellent, defines the stay from the first to the last day, impeccable attention from Sergio, I felt at home, because the apartment offers all the necessary amenities for everyday life on the coast and after a day at the beach to end with a good dip in the pool that besides being wonderful is heated.
