It is 2 blocks from the Enseada beach boardwalk, surrounded by restaurants, pharmacies, a supermarket, and shops. You can do everything on foot.

Location with everything you need nearby, even a Smart Fit. Check-out at noon. A half-day fee will be charged after that, with a limit of 11 pm. No visitors allowed!
