My and my family's experience in this apartment was excellent! We arrived, the apartment was very clean, identical to the photos. We felt at home. Safe place, close to the beach; and Dany always responding to us fast, and very flexible. We love the rental and will return, no doubt!

Impeccable apartment, everything clean and organized and has everything you need, the condominium is also very good, polite and helpful doormen, close to the beach, market on the back street and has everything, the condominium also has a grocery store inside which saved us a few times! Hassan was wonderful from the beginning, answered all questions and stayed in touch until the end of the stay, we look forward to returning!!

The apartment was excellent. They even had a few days, but since the apartment had space and the condominium too, the kids could have fun even without being able to go to the beach. Good rooms, equipped kitchen and laundry available. We also managed to have a barbecue. The only problems were that the air-conditioners were filthy and the beach chairs were broken. However, I can't complain about the chairs, as they were not part of the benefits, in addition to which, the condominium's beach service offers chairs. It's the kind of place I'd like to go to every time I go to Guarujá.

To begin with, I must say that Alice was extremely understanding and is an excellent host. The apartment is huge! Much larger than you can see from the photos. The extremely smelly bath towels. The beds are impeccable. Each with a blanket and bedding. Among other things, the trousseau is to be congratulated. The apartment is on the 10th floor and has all the windows screened. The condominium staff is super nice too. The location is very good, close to bars, restaurants, markets, ice cream shops and walking distance to the sand. We really enjoyed it and I'm excited to be back soon.

Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

The loft was impeccable: super clean, well decorated, cozy and organized. Everything very well thought out, with kitchen utensils that perfectly suited our needs. The condominium is great, with good structure and helpful employees. The location is also excellent, facing the beach and with beach service, which made our stay a lot easier. The house is all we see in the photos! Spectacular Outdoor Space. Great to enjoy with a large group as all comforts/amenities are super spacious. I recommend the house for both family and group of friends.

It was all right, exactly as in the photos and Eva is very kind, she made everyone feel at home.

We come to Guarujá once a year and this was the first time that renting a property exceeded our expectations. The house is spectacular and well located. Clean, with fresh, fragrant linens. The outdoor space is great, with a heated pool that's warm all the time. Barbecue, of course, couldn't be missed. And what about Renata? Simply very polite, helpful to clarify all possible information and quickly. And finally, I'll say something about Neide. A wonderful and super special person, who Renata recommended to cook for us. She prepared delicious dishes, side dishes for the barbecue, cakes and breakfast, she always took great care when setting the table. My family and our little daughter are amazed by her, and her attention and affection for us. Oh, and there's also your lovely daughter, “Juju” who came to help us take care of our daughter. Super attentive and responsible. I highly recommend EVERYTHING and EVERYONE. 🤩😍

I stayed at Adriano's house for my bachelorette party and it was just perfect! The accommodation is far beyond what the photos show — spacious, cozy and with a wonderful energy. The house is a delight! We had complete flexibility in check-in and check-out, which made all the difference, and communication with the host was clear, fast and super friendly. I recommend it with my eyes closed!
