Fernando, Fátima and Eva were super attentive and helpful from the start, making our stay even more special. The penthouse is beautiful, exactly as shown in the photos, with the advantage of a simply impeccable view! Everything is very well equipped, with a perfect pool and barbecue area for leisure time. The condominium is excellent: super safe, well structured, very well located, pet friendly (a plus for us) and with extremely kind staff. It was, without a doubt, the best investment for days off. We will definitely be back soon and recommend it without so much as a second thought.

The truth is that everything is impeccable, the view is divine, just as it appears in the description! Quick communication with the host and very attentive! As a suggestion, we recommend an extra set of towels and sheets!

I stayed in Beatriz's apartment twice and I will certainly return. The apartment is beautiful and cozy, with a privileged view! It has everything you need for a long stay. Very complete and everything working. The beds are comfortable and the showers work well! The building is wonderful with a very clean swimming pool, fitness center and game room. The staff are friendly and attentive. Beatriz was very kind and always attentive to our needs. Many thanks for everything !

Absolutely impeccable! Our family holiday weekend was perfect, Ellen's house is complete, spacious, comfortable, the whole family was super comfortable, all bedrooms with bathroom, air conditioning, tv, the children's pool was too successful among the children, even on rainy days they enjoyed a lot and safely. Special thanks to Cassio who kept the pool clean every day, always very helpful and very kind. Ellen personally checked in and check out, shared instructions about the house and the surroundings, in her own home they also had useful information. Certainly we will return, well located house, facing the beach, with chairs and umbrellas available, complete kitchen to make our meals, finally, again: absolutely impeccable. House exactly like photo. It had towels, pillows, and bedding. The only thing that I was surprised was the housekeeper living in the residence, even if it is a separate room he has full access to the house, it didn't get in the way of anything, but I think this is missing in the description of the listing. Anyway only praise the house, to improve only the pool being heated kkkkkk but they are mere details that did not hinder our stay at all. Extremely hot and strong shower, wanted to bring him away. We will definitely come back more often. I was even afraid to be a coup, but it's real people are worth it and we are already programmed for the next one!!!

Very well located apartment, sensational view, everything is new and well maintained. When you enter the apartment you already feel something very good and think: the stay will be great. Rodrigo super attentive and friendly, clean, organized and has everything you need, in question of the great condominium tbm to have leisure and walk, the beach is close and you can go on quiet walk or you car that has a parking space, everything is great and I come back more often.

The apartment is great, it is in a great location and the condominium is a dream, the pools are great, it has a gym, a spa and everything always very organized. Sidnei, always responded quickly and made clear all the check-in steps. As a suggestion for improvement, I leave a few points: - Having floor cloths (for the bathroom mainly), bed and bath linens would also be an extra cool. - Warn before about the availability of SmartTV, which was not working during our stay.

Great location: bars, bakeries, supermarket, restaurants and ice cream parlors nearby. Very polite staff. Daniela is always helpful and friendly, we were very well taken care of. Great experience, I recommend it and we will stay again when we return to Santos.
