Vacation rentals with a patio in Praia Brava de Caiobá

The stay was excellent. The host was very attentive and helpful in all the needs and questions I had. I took advantage of the fact that his brother was also in the building and he also gave me a hand to make my barbecue (lol). And the caretaker (Mr. Elessandro) also welcomed me very warmly and guided me on everything throughout my stay. The apartment is splendid. It has all the amenities and comforts possible (kitchen with all the necessary utensils, TV in the living room, in the bedroom, with access to all types of channels, barbecue, air-conditioning, washing machine and other accessories that make the stay more comfortable). The building is one block from the beach (2 minutes), in addition to a private entrance for bathers at the arrival of the beach. Anyway, my stay with my family was very pleasant and I will definitely return more often.

The AP is very good, all equipped, with air conditioning in the bedrooms and ceiling fans in the living room. Everything new and of great quality, such as a stove, refrigerator, TV, etc. the condominium is very good, with a game room, a barbecue and a nice swimming pool facing the sea. We received a person indicated by the owner of the name Maycon… very kind, helped us with the bags, showed us some features of the apartment, note 10!!!

Place as advertised, perfect and all designed to serve guests. beautiful, comfortable and very pleasant space. It is far from the beach but the place rewards for the modern furniture and everything very cozy 😊

Excellent place if you go with your partner and pet, close to the main avenue that connects with Caioba-Matinhos and the port for Guaratuba, I highly recommend it. The place has good wifi, very neat, clean and a very comfortable bed. The parking is covered and works very well for sunny days so you can protect your car. 5/5👍🏽

The stay was wonderful! The house is brand new, very comfortable, exactly as in the listing description. The swimming pool and gourmet area served very well for us to spend time with family and friends. Both Alexander and Lucas were super attentive and supportive. The house is 5 minutes from Matinhos beach and 10 from Caieiras beach by car, very close by and easy access. The house is well secured, has alarm and presence sensors. Great house for large groups! The house is huge, spacious and very well taken care of, ideal for large groups – we stayed in 15 people and we had a lot of comfort. Everything was clean and well organized. The pool was impeccable, and the place is quiet, perfect for rest, despite being a little away from the hustle. Communication with the host was super easy, she was very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay and recommend for those looking for a spacious and pleasant place to relax!

I was surprised by the environment, which was extremely clean, tidy and comfortable. It is very close to a supermarket, bakery, convenience store, etc. I didn't have any issues with the hostess who welcomed us with flexibility in the schedule!

The house is extremely cozy and well-equipped, ideal for resting and enjoying the coastline. The view to the sea is incredible. The location is also excellent. The house has comfortable beds, working air conditioning, kitchenware, and a good overall structure. Host was very thoughtful, quick to respond. We are pleased with our stay.

Vim commemorating my birthday with my family and I only have to thank Matheus and his Wife, who are excellent hosts, wonderful couple we made them feel like homeowners, welcomed us very well, very active, answer the questions very quickly, not to mention that the house really is wonderful, all new and quality, home very comfort and with excellent space, excellent pool and with protection for small children not to access without an adult. And a very large and very comfortable house with a projector to watch on a big screen. All very well thought out and planned. The apartment is exactly as described. Impeccable, comfortable. New and clean kitchen utensils. We loved the place, a condominium with lots of activities for kids even in rainy weather. Jurema is always very kind. I recommend it and intend to return.

Very good accommodation, close to the quieter beach (because on the beach of morro do cristo, it had 1 sound box per square meter). Very close to a large supermarket. Tight space for maneuvering and parking the car in the garage. Great apartment, with large balcony and barbecue area, air conditioning in one of the bedrooms but with a ceiling fan in the other rooms, 2 good bathrooms, all appliances. Comfortable Camas. I highly recommend to those looking for these points above.

I went with a friend to spend a week and our stay was amazing! Everything was wonderful and you can trust the place is exactly as advertised, if not even better. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, Cláudio's wife helped us with everything and was extremely helpful. We woke up every day looking at the sea, the view is very beautiful. Not to mention the space, we really enjoyed the game room and played table tennis until we couldn't anymore, haha. We will definitely come back more often.

Excellent property, exactly as described. Impeccable attention from the hostess Nice, responding quickly to all questions and requests for support. The property's location is wonderful, facing the sea!!! In a very quiet region and close to the excitement of Praia de Leste and Ipanema, Matinhos and Caiobá on the other side. The condominium has a very good structure in the outdoor areas, swimming pool and indoor and outdoor game structure. I highly recommend it and we'll be back in the summer for sure!
