Na parte de cima tem um banheiro e dois quartos. Pode acomodar até 7 pessoas por norma do condomínio. Indicado 4 pessoas comodas. Há duas garagens com portão eletrônico. Não oferece acesso a área da piscina. Próximo ao centro comercial.
