Fijne accommodatie. Het was een beetje lastig om contact te leggen omdat de hoost geen Engels spreekt maar via Google translate ging het allemaal goed. Hij deed erg zijn best om het goed te doen

My family and I enjoyed the stay at this apartment. It is located in a lovely village with the beautiful sea view and the beach nearby. Even if we didn’t met Anton personally, he did everything to make our stay comfortable with a very quick communication to all my questions. Definitely recommend you this place for a family vacation

Das wunderschöne Ferienhaus von Walter liegt an einem Privat-Strand in Süd-Italien. Ja - der Strand ist wirklich privat und wird nur von ein paar Ferien-Häuser- Personen benutzt. Wir hatten die ganze Zeit den wunderschönen Sandstrand mit Meer für uns alleine, was schon ein tolles Erlebnis ist ! Das Haus ist praktisch eingerichtet mit wunderschönem Balkon - direkt mit Strandzugang. Im Haus selber ist alles vorhanden, was man für unbeschwerte Ferien braucht und Walter hilft gerne mit Tipps und Ratschlägen zur Umgebung weiter, wenn man Fragen hat. Wir können den Aufenthalt im Ferien Haus von Walter sehr empfehlen, wenn man mal einige Zeit auspannen möchte und die Zeit am Meer geniessen möchte. Es war wunderbar!

La atención de Domingo y su hija Noemi fue excelente. El departamento estaba impecable y lo recomendaremos a nuestros amigos que viajen a esa zona. El precio me resultó alto por el extra costo que significa reservar por Arbnb. La misma propiedad puede reservarse en otros portales a menor precio.

L’alloggio di Chiara è perfetto per un soggiorno alla scoperta di Sapri ma anche dei dintorni. Al check-in Chiara mi ha dato tutte le informazioni per procedere da sola (aveva avuto un imprevisto) e si è resa disponibile per ogni esigenza. L’appartamento è estremamente fresco per cui non si sente la mancanza del condizionatore, la cucina è fornita di tutto il necessario e ha elettrodomestici nuovissimi; il bagno anche nuovo, con tutte le comodità. Infine il posto macchina privato è davvero una comodità dell’ alloggio. Nel complesso è stato un buon soggiorno e Chiara è davvero un host ospitale

We really enjoyed staying at Villa Venezuela. Sandro checked on us during our stay and also left us a welcome basket which was very kind and appreciated. From the covered balcony you can see the mountains with an unobstructed view of the Maratea Christ Redeemer Statue and on the other side are beautiful sea views. The sunsets are spectacular! The villa is within walking distance (280 m) to a great little coffee shop, Amadeus Lounge Bar, where we had an aperitif and cappuccino. The road is busy but we were not too bothered by it. The house is large and comfortably appointed. We did go to Fiumicello Beach and the Marina but unlike other reviewers we would not recommend walking to either. The roads are very narrow, without sidewalks and are quite busy with traffic and busses. Both had free parking available. We would definitely stay there again.

Geweldig gehad hier. Op de heenweg kwamen wij aan in het donker en hadden daardoor wat moeite het huis te vinden. Een pand voor het huis blokkeert enigzins het uitzicht, maar desalniettemin fantastisch verblijf. Heerlijke tuin, grote kamers, huis van alle gemakken voorzien en een leuk centrum nabij. Wij hadden een auto gehuurd dus voor ons makkelijk te bereiken. Leuk en lekker gegeten in het winkelstraatje van Scalea bij Vularie Siciliane, zeer betaalbaar ook! Aanrader, zandstrand bij lido de Azzuro, prachtige baai, mooi omringd door bergen. Bereikbaar via een (pittige) trap. Sylwia heeft veel leuke tips gegeven. Bedankt voor een heerlijke week Sylwia.

È una abitazione posizionata immediatamente sopra una spiaggetta minuta ed incantevole con acque cristalline, con una vista sul golfo di Policasto ineguagliabile ad ogni momento del giorno. La villa è accogliente, con ampi spazi sia coperti sia all’aperto, dotata di arredi molto originali che ben fan comprendere il buon gusto dei proprietari. L’abitazione è dotata di autorimessa fresca e posto auto esterno che, vista la posizione, sono un plus. Le due stanze da letto più importanti hanno in dotazione materassi comodi come quelli di casa propria ( le altre non le abbiamo utilizzate ), le dotazioni della cucina sono piuttosto complete e consentono di preparare pietanze senza difficoltà, comodo d’estate il secondo frigorifero esterno. All’esterno vi è anche una doccia molto utile per togliersi il sale al ritorno dalla spiaggia. Il giardino, che contorna la casa, è una piccola osai di pace, con ulivi, carrubi, buganvillee, cicas e …. Scoiattoli che visitano i carrubi in cerca di cibo. Ora passiamo all’host, la Sig.ra Giorgia è premurosa, estremamente cortese e gentile ma anche discreta. Ci ha dato delle indicazioni molto utili per vivere al meglio le spiagge ed i luoghi vicini alla casa e ci ha consentito di godere al meglio la vacanza, suggerendoci dove fare acquisti alimentari, dove poter gustare un ottima cena e via discorrendo. In sintesi la vacanza è stata favolosa, il mare e le spiagge del circondario sono meravilgiose e l’accoglienza difficilmente eguagliabile grazie ancora Giorgia Lau e Bro e la piccola cockerina Sofy

Giulia e Guido (il custode) sono disponibili e presenti in caso di necessità. L'alloggio corrisponde alla descrizione, anzi c'è anche di più!! In casa c'è tutto il necessario per mangiare, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e stendino. L'appartamento vista mare regala tramonti stupendi e c'è la possibilità di andarci anche a piedi attraverso lo splendido giardino di ulivi che circonda il residence. È presente anche una bella piscina con il bagnino sempre presente! Luogo tranquillo e bellissimo per concedersi un po' di meritato relax!! Consiglio vivamente con la speranza di tornarci presto!!!☀️

Appartamento su due piani completo di tutto il necessario situato all'interno di un residence con piscina, ottima la comunicazione in quanto l'host è in loco. Il centro di Scalea dista un paio di minuti di macchina. Consigliato

The location of the villa is perfect - within walking distance of the beach and local restaurants/shops and a great place to explore the National park. The views from your own private terrace are spectacular - uninterrupted views of the sea and mountains. If you just want to relax then everything is provided for your comfort at the villa and the pool is excellent. Above all the host (Marzio) and the housekeeper at the villa could not be more kind and helpful. Marzio was available for any questions throughout our stay and offered advice on where to visit , including a street art festival. We would highly recommend a stay here if you are visiting southern Italy!

Top-Ausgestattete Unterkunft mit Pool und „privatem“ Strandzugang. Unser Highlight war der Strand (ca. 1km und 200 hm entfernt). Küche ist top ausgestattet. Betten bequem und alles war sauber. Zwei Balkone, vor allem der überdachte Balkon erweitert den Wohnraum noch einmal enorm. Jede Mahlzeit kam draußen eingenommen werden. Jan ist ein toller und bemühter Host, der sich immer wieder um unsere Zufriedenheit erkundigt hat.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, Valentina è stata sempre gentilissima e molto disponibile a rispondere a tutte le nostre domande ed esigenze. La casa è tenuta molto bene e tutto funziona alla perfezione. Ambiente tranquillo ideale per il relax.

Marco è un host davvero impeccabile, ci ha subito accolto facendoci sentire come a casa. Locale perfettamente corrispondente alla descrizione, pulitissimo ed estremamente funzionale dotato di tutti i comfort, terrazza dotata di doccia davvero splendida dove potersi rilassare in serata o prendere il sole di giorno. Parcheggio auto coperto e spiaggia raggiungibile in 5 minuti a piedi così come supermercato e bar. Dato che abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane Marco ci ha offerto un giro in barca di mezza giornata, anche qui veramente ci siamo sentiti come se stessimo passando una giornata con amici, Marco e Margherita si sono resi disponibili ad accontentare tutte le richieste di nostra figlia e a farci visitare tutte le calette presenti nei dintorni. Che dire, soggiorno splendido che sarà sicuramente ripetuto in futuro.

Die Unterkunft liegt wirklich direkt am Meer ganz in der Nähe eines kleinen ruhigen Strandes. Ein Weg führt zu weiteren großen Stränden mit Liegen und Schürzen. Wir haben hier die Ruhe mit sehr netten italienischen Nachbarn genossen und würden wieder kommen!

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana ad agosto presso Villa Florio a Maratea e siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. La casa è molto bella, ben suddivisa e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. Gli spazi esterni sono immersi in un'area verde curatissima, con una splendida lecceta a sud. Qui, è possibile godersi la colazione fonte mare o rilassarsi al sole in totale privacy, il tutto accompagnato da una vista incantevole sul Golfo di Policastro e tramonti mozzafiato. Consigliamo vivamente Villa Florio non solo per la bellezza e l'unicità del luogo, ma anche per la gentilezza e l'ospitalità di Maria Teresa e del suo compagno, che hanno reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più speciale. Maratea e la Basilicata sono luoghi incantevoli, e questa villa è il punto di partenza ideale per scoprirli.

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen für an den Strand, wie auch für die Ortschaft. In 2 Minuten ist mensch in einer Bäckerei, Pizzeria, Einkausladen etc. Es gibt einen tollen grossen Balkon mit Meersicht& Tisch zum draussen Essen sowie einen kleineren Balkon. Corrado und seine Frau sind sehr freundliche, bemühte& zuvorkommende Leute die gerne jederzeit helfen, viel über die Gegend erzählen können und gute Tipps haben. Und sie waren bez. Check- in & Check out sehr flexibel und grosszügig. Wir kommen wieder!

The stay exceeded all expectations. The location couldn’t have been more ideal and being just a few steps from the beach was amazing. This is the spot to choose if you are looking to get away from other foreign tourists and was very authentic (I think we were the only foreign tourists in town). The hosts were very welcoming and responsive (assisted with coordinating transport, provided recommendations and went above and beyond). Villammare is a short walk up the road and had great pizzerias and gelaterias. The house was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all of the necessary cookware, in case you want to stay-in for the night. The semi-private beach was shared with several other seaside residences, mostly families, making it a calm and relaxing place to hang out and swim.

We loved our stay at Rainbow. Ilaria and Sergio were so kind and helpful. They even helped with our lost luggage issue which is certainly going above and beyond their hosting duties. They really made us feel welcome, gave wonderful recommendations for the area and were never intrusive in any way. The apartment is beautifully situated and beautifully appointed. I had a hard time convinving myself to leave the deck--the view is spectacular! Also, the apartment was very comfortable. My son, my daughter, a friend and I had plenty of space and everything we needed. We spent two weeks at Rainbow, and we hope to come back often.

Fabio was such a fabulous and responsive host during our stay at Sound of the Sea! The location was very walkable and while many places are closed in September, there was still plenty to do. The area felt very safe and perfect for families with young children. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Check in was easy for the most part, just a little confusion which key and button went to what door, but we figured it out pretty quickly and with Fabio’s help. We look forward to future stays at Sound of the Sea!
