The house 'Søeholm', once a small seaside hotel, is now our unique waterfront home, surrounded by forests and fields. Lovely one bedroom 62 kv/m apartment with an amazing view to Copenhagen water kanal and privet parking included. Apartment is not in the city center, but it won’t take more then 20 min walk or 7 min by bicycle to Copenhagen center. And 10 min walk to a shopping mole Fisketorvet. You can enjoy sunny evenings on a balcony with a cold drink. The building is from 2021 and the neighborhood is new too. Train station Dybbølsbro is on a walk distance. Water-bus goes to our location too.

Wonderful country house in beautiful surroundings

With nature in the backyard, there's room for relaxation at a high level. Outside the door there is access to an amazing garden with bird whistle and charm. The house is close to the water, Præstø city, the forest tower and the scenic Møn, so there is a good opportunity for eventful excursions. I live in another house on the property myself. Enjoy the evening sun on the outdoor area with a good cup of coffee and a lovely book - or just what you need.

If you'd like to enjoy peace and quiet, stay centrally on Møn, and have walking distance to the town's cozy cafés and small shops, then you should choose our small townhouse! The house is close to the main street in Stege, and it is not far to the golf course, swimming beaches, bike routes, Camønoen's hiking routes, Møns Klint, Jydelejet, Liselund, Nyord or Fanefjord Forest, if you want to see our beautiful nature.

Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.

Visit the small towns round the area, all offering restaurants, museums and things to see. We have a dog, she loves people and loves to greet you at arrival.
