This beautiful farmhouse exudes romance and rural idyll. With a wood-burning stove, thatched roof and lots of aesthetic details. There is a courtyard with stunning views of meadow, trees and sea, as well as a flower garden. The house is undisturbed with walking distance to the sea, grocery store and marina. In the luxurious bedroom, there is a French imported vintage double bed. In the living room, there is a comfortable double sofa bed, a cozy work corner, as well as an atmospheric dining area with a beautiful chandelier and a farmhouse blue table.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Here you can relax with the family and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, including the nearby forest, where wild boars live. The house, built in 1776, exudes the old days in the countryside. At the same time, here are the most sought-after modern amenities (WiFi, heat pump, dishwasher and charging box for the electric car). Our small house is 105 m2 with three rooms, large living room. Kitchen with most amenities. There is a wood stove, gas grill, washing machine, WiFi, Chromecast, covered terrace, possibility of storing bicycles in a closed basement. Important to know: The house is not furnished as a rental house, but personally. All we expect is that the house is left in a neat and clean condition upon departure. Close to shopping, harbor and beach. Præstø is a small cozy town with about an hour's drive to Copenhagen and Møns Klint.

Ore Strand is an extension of Vordingborg city, where there are good shopping opportunities, cozy cafes and lots of nature and cultural experiences. It is a 10-minute drive to the highway, where you can reach Copenhagen to the north and Rødby harbor to the south in an hour.
