The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Amazing 180 ˚ sea view, an hour's drive from Copenhagen. In the first row to Bøged Strand, this cozy summerhouse is located. Here you come back to the great-grandmother's summerhouse from 1971. From the terrace you can enjoy the view of Beech Stream. There is a fiber connection in the cottage, so you can surf/stream. In the living room there is also a smaller TV. There is a trampoline and fire pit. There is a carport on the driveway. Charger for electric car (Clever) The price includes cleaning but exclusive bed linen and towels.

Our small house is 105 m2 with three rooms, large living room. Kitchen with most amenities. There is a wood stove, gas grill, washing machine, WiFi, Chromecast, covered terrace, possibility of storing bicycles in a closed basement. Important to know: The house is not furnished as a rental house, but personally. All we expect is that the house is left in a neat and clean condition upon departure. Close to shopping, harbor and beach. Præstø is a small cozy town with about an hour's drive to Copenhagen and Møns Klint.

The apartment includes: Living room and kitchen, all room with dining area and sofa area. Office with sofa bed. Bedroom with double bed. New bathroom. The apartment has a balcony with a barbecue and from the bedroom there is access to a smaller roof terrace. Carport with room for 2 cars and 3 parking spaces. There are also 2 kayaks that can be used for sailing on the fjord.

If you are looking for peace and quiet, this spacious and quiet home is just the thing. The apartment is on the 1st floor, where I live on the ground floor. The apartment contains 2 good large bedrooms, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen and an older retro bathroom. The tenant has the entire first floor to himself with his own entrance. Vores gæstehus ligger naturskønt, tæt på skoven og kun 3,5 km fra Præstø By og havnen med dens restauranter, cafeer og ishuse. Der er mulighed for at købe morgenmad, som bestilles ved ankomst. Rygning er ikke tilladt på ejendommen.
