This is the second time I stay in this condominium and I would stay again has a beautiful view the beach is a few steps away is a very quiet and safe place very clean and the staff of the condominium are very pleasant thanks Camila is a very kind person, helpful she at all times is aware of one 💯 percent recommended

I had an issue where I lost my key and Jacobo helped me get one ASAP. Very responsive to each and every text I sent and very approachable. The place is an exceptional location, across the street from the. Each! very safe area and everything is assessable not to mention the building staff and security go above and beyond for you. I like the area so much that I’m buying a property in the area! Jacobo is more than a super host!

It's like being at home, a very nice and quiet place to rest with the family. It has amenities that make your stay very easy. My son was very happy with the games for children, hot water, beach towels and pool, washing machine, very well-equipped kitchen. The pool is relaxing and also works for those who want to do some exercise since it is of considerable size. We had a lot of fun on the way to the beach since the area is quiet and the guards and service personnel of the building were always very friendly. We just loved it

Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

The apartment's layout is great, it has everything you need to have a pleasant family stay, the finishes are nice and it has a good endowment. Every detail is designed to make you feel at home. The condominium's location is perfect if you are looking for peace and quiet and to be away from the noise, the pools are excellent and the access to the beach is a plus. On the first floor there are mini markets and about 10 minutes walk there is an Ara and a D1. If you want to travel to another area, taxis are available at the condominium's exit. Thanks to Cesar and Ligia for being attentive and ensuring that the stay was the best.

Great accommodation. Everything is new... Easy access to the pool area... Good Jacuzzi.. A good, spacious, clean and safe beach is a five-minute walk away

The house is beautiful, as in the photos, the administrator was very good she helped us with messengers, restaurants, but as for the beach it is far from the house not as proposed in the photos, the commerce is very retired from the house, I recommend the place when it takes its own car, otherwise it becomes a little strenuous to pay for vehicles to go to buy food or when other things are needed, in general everything is super well, I have the house in its very complete interior, comfortable and cozy

Excellent property! Convenient and comfortable! We couldn't use the TV because it was always out of order and it's the only one in the house, but otherwise everything was fine!

We loved our stay at Santiago’s place. Santiago was incredibly communicative and always made himself available. He left very clear instructions for arriving at the apartment and responded immediately when our taxi was lost. It was great to have access to the private beach with a beautiful view, and the apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from town. If you don’t have a car or moto, the driveway is quite steep so be prepared for a workout. We also liked to take a shortcut to town — walk 5 minutes, down some hostel’s steep driveway, and cut across the beach. Our only issue was the lack of air and ventilation in the apartment. It felt quite stuffy and it was hard to ventilate the room without a screen door of some sort to keep the bugs out. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you, Santiago!

Our stay was fantastic. Beautiful resort. Gym, pool, beach, etc. very easy to check in and access facilities. Hosts were incredibly responsive with us, answered our questions, and assisted in every way. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The home was spotless, and you could tell the host takes great pride in maintaining it. Edward was incredibly attentive and thought of every little detail, making sure we had everything we could possibly need. Our experience was flawless, and to top it all off, the sunset from the private beach was breathtaking. This place truly made our family getaway perfect. Highly recommend!

It's a really good location to watch the sunset. It was also nice to be able to use the hotel pool. The dryer is hot, so be careful when using it. It shrinks a lot depending on the material, so be careful. Everything else was good.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Loved having the private beach and it always felt safe. The only thing I was disappointed about is the fact that when I asked about early check in I was told there would be an additional fee for that which I thought was very odd, in my experience as a long time Airbnb user I have never been asked to pay more for early check in it’s always done as a courtesy if the unit is available. I still gave the rental a high mark because it deserved it but was very disappointed with this request. Hope host rethinks this in the future.

Laura’s place was just as described. Everything was very clean and well maintained. All the amenities within the complex are easy to book on their website. Pools were great and perfect temperature. Kids areas were really nice. We loved the kiosks by the beach and the convenience of ordering food yo be delivered there. The restaurant Cambiante was amazing, great fresh food and very reasonable prices. We ordered breakfast from them as well (traditional arepas de huevo) which were great. Edinson, the person that manages the property for Laura is very attentive and even brought us the best arepas de huevo on our first day. He was always available to answer questions we had. We’ll definitely return to Laura’s place whenever we decide to come back to Santa Marta.

Katherine saved our lives! Our hotel was a fraud and she received us with same-day notice, in addition to treating us wonderfully and we had an amazing time on the beach that is in front of the apartment. Everything was beautiful and comfortable. I was with my sister and my two children and we were very happy. We'd always come back.

Alexander's place was exactly as described. I will return to this rental.
