Vacation rentals with a patio in Pozos Colorados

I had an issue where I lost my key and Jacobo helped me get one ASAP. Very responsive to each and every text I sent and very approachable. The place is an exceptional location, across the street from the. Each! very safe area and everything is assessable not to mention the building staff and security go above and beyond for you. I like the area so much that I’m buying a property in the area! Jacobo is more than a super host!

Nice place, great host. Best place to stay at Bello Horisonte: close to beach and shopping, good restaurant at Mercure Emile but a bit pricey, you can use Mercure Hotel facilities. Umbrella and chairs on the beach are most appreciated.

The apartment is beautiful, it has a terrace that makes the place a unique and charming space, with a divine sea view, the decoration is very cozy, the place has everything you need to be very comfortable. The building's facilities are nice and the fact that it's next to the shopping mall makes everything very easy, supermarket and restaurant right next door. The beach just two blocks away. We loved it and can't wait to come back.

From the first moment, communication with Leidy and Mrs. Esther was very good, they were always very attentive to everything we needed. The apartment was spectacular and had a magnificent view, almost dreamlike. The apartment had all the necessary amenities, and on the first floor of the building there was a store, which made our life easier because we were traveling with a baby. We would definitely come back

The apartment was beautiful and spacious, and even nicer than in the pictures. It was a great stay with really nice amenities and we had everything we needed during our stay. Would recommend this place and stay here again when in Santa Marta.

The apartment is very nice and well maintained, the beds are comfortable and the host was attentive during the stay, and even helped us with more beach towels since we were a large group. The condo is very complete and we really enjoyed the pools and jacuzzis. Some suggestions to further improve the guest experience would be: A large, foldable clothesline is needed, since the apartment is for many people and being close to the pool and the sea, a lot of wet clothes are generated. This would facilitate drying of the garments and improve comfort. The balcony is empty. It would be good to optimize this space that is currently underused, providing a table and chairs or even furniture, so that guests can enjoy the beautiful sunsets or use it as a social and rest area. It would be ideal to have more pots for cooking or failing that, to have a pressure cooker and rice cooker for those who want to cook like us.

We spent amazing days in the stay. Mr. Ronald and Jhon were always super attentive, they helped us in terms of the activities we could do or what super markets to go for. The house is super cozy and we always had water🚿.

We were very happy at Casa Olivia. Everything is new. The bed is 2 meters wide. The bathroom is superb. The pool is awesome with beautiful sea views and sunset views. The neighborhood is quiet and very safe. Young children play on the street in the evening. There is one person who does outdoor cleaning every day. She is very kind. Luis lives next door and is always available. We will definitely be back for another vacation.

I really enjoyed my stay here. I highly recommend this place, and the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely book this place again when I return to Santa Marta.

The apartment is very nice and in very good condition. The building has a good design, nice swimming pools for adults and children, several jacuzzis and immediate access to the beach. There are restaurants and places to get food in the area. The host Luis is very attentive and available for any request. I highly recommend this place for a good vacation.

I really enjoyed my four nights stay here at the Samaria Club. The apartment was very nice and comfortable, and the host was excellent and always responsive to questions. I thought the value for the money paid was excellent. The pools and beach out front were wonderful.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The home was spotless, and you could tell the host takes great pride in maintaining it. Edward was incredibly attentive and thought of every little detail, making sure we had everything we could possibly need. Our experience was flawless, and to top it all off, the sunset from the private beach was breathtaking. This place truly made our family getaway perfect. Highly recommend!

Apartment in excellent condition, everything very clean, the social areas are exactly as they look in the photos, the host is always super attentive and willing to solve problems as quickly as possible.

Laura’s place was just as described. Everything was very clean and well maintained. All the amenities within the complex are easy to book on their website. Pools were great and perfect temperature. Kids areas were really nice. We loved the kiosks by the beach and the convenience of ordering food yo be delivered there. The restaurant Cambiante was amazing, great fresh food and very reasonable prices. We ordered breakfast from them as well (traditional arepas de huevo) which were great. Edinson, the person that manages the property for Laura is very attentive and even brought us the best arepas de huevo on our first day. He was always available to answer questions we had. We’ll definitely return to Laura’s place whenever we decide to come back to Santa Marta.

Nice, comfortable, clean apartment, equipped kitchen, washing machine Condominium with 3 pools, jacuzzis, Turkish sauna, almost just for us during the stay Location 2 blocks from Bello Horizonte beach, very nice and quiet, the best in Santa Marta. Next to Zazué, a shopping mall with Carulla and restaurants Jorge is always very friendly and responds quickly, all the condominium staff are very friendly
