Waterfront vacation rentals in Pozos Colorados

Está es la segunda vez que me quedo en este condominio y me volvería a quedar tiene una vista hermosa la playa está a unos pasos es un lugar muy tranquilo y seguro muy limpio y el staff del condominio son muy agradables gracias Camila es una persona muy amable , servicial ella a todo momento está pendiente de uno 💯 porciento recomendable

Estuvimos 8 dias maravillosos en este apartamento, fácil llegada en taxi desde el aeropuerto,el edificio tiene una linda recepción y servicio de vigilancia 7/24 todo el personal muy calificado y amable.Esta a tan solo una cuadra de la playa, se puede rentar carpa y sillas por unos $50.000 pesos negociables,salir a caminar por la playa y disfrutar del mar y sus atardeceres espectaculares. El Apto esta muy bien ubicado para descasar al lado del Hilton e Irotama, muy bien de limpieza,dos baños con duchas ,utencilios básicos para cocinar , sabanas, toallas y muebles en general impecables todo como nuevo , closets con gran espacio, nevera. El aire acondicionado funciona perfecto, la TV ( PRIME, NETFLIX, YOUTUBE etc ) Sin lugar a dudar un apto que volveria a tomar, muy recomendado.

Es como estar en casa, un lugar muy agradable y tranquilo para descansar en familia, tiene amenidades que te hacen muy fácil la estancia, mi hijo fue muy feliz con los juegos para niños, agua caliente, toallas de playa y piscina, lavadora, cocina muy bien equipada, la piscina es relajante y también sirve para quienes quieren hacer algo de ejercicio ya que es de tamaño considerable, nos divertíamos mucho de camino a la playa ya que el sector es tranquilo y los vigilantes y personal de servicio del edificio fueron muy amables siempre. Simplemente nos encantó

Excelente lugar para hospedarte sus instalaciones son tal cual a las imágenes , el lugar cuenta con unas áreas muy lindas y muy cuidada , vale totalmente la pena

Spectacular apartment that felt like home from the beginning. Perfect for kids, exploring outside of the bubble of the resort or just laying around the more than comfortable apartment. Exceptional facilities like the Infinity pool, the maintained and guarded beach and even access to the main irotama resort grounds. Would recommend to anybody thinking about going. We will definitely plan to come back!, Katy was nice and very responsive to our requests, very quiet and peaceful (even the shared areas) which is exactly what we were looking for, the personal were extremely nice, the jacuzzi was great and the instructions easy to follow and clear, the kitchen had everything that you could need and more.. there’s the Zazue mall very close which has all the restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores coffee shops hair salon and more..

La distribución del apartamento es genial, tiene todo lo necesario para pasar una estadía agradable en familia, los acabados son lindos y tiene una buena dotación. Cada detalle está pensado para que te sientas como en casa. La ubicación del condominio es perfecta si se busca tranquilidad y estar alejado del ruido, las piscinas son excelentes y el acceso a la playa es un plus. En el primer piso se encuentran mini mercados y a unos 10 minutos caminando hay un Ara y un D1. Si se quiere desplazarse a otra zona, a la salida del condominio se encuentran taxis disponibles. Gracias a César y a Ligia por estar atentos y garantizar que la estadía fuera lo mejor.

Espectacular locación, casa acorde con el lugar y muy espaciosa. Servicio excelente de las personas de limpieza, cocina y vigilancia.

La casa es preciosa, tal cual las fotos, la administradora fue muy buena nos ayudó con mensajeros, restaurantes, pero en cuanto a la playa queda lejos de la casa no como se plantea en las fotos, el comercio se encuentra muy retirado de la casa, recomiendo el lugar cuando se lleva carro propio, de lo contrario se vuelve un poco extenuante pagar vehículos para ir a comprar víveres o cuando se necesiten otras cosas, en general todo super bien, me la casa en su interior muy completa, cómoda y acogedora

Excelente propiedad! Comoda y confortable! No pudimos utilizar el televisor ya que siempre estuvo desconfigurado y es el único que hay en la casa, pero de resto todo bien!

We loved our stay at Santiago’s place. Santiago was incredibly communicative and always made himself available. He left very clear instructions for arriving at the apartment and responded immediately when our taxi was lost. It was great to have access to the private beach with a beautiful view, and the apartment is a 10-15 minute walk from town. If you don’t have a car or moto, the driveway is quite steep so be prepared for a workout. We also liked to take a shortcut to town — walk 5 minutes, down some hostel’s steep driveway, and cut across the beach. Our only issue was the lack of air and ventilation in the apartment. It felt quite stuffy and it was hard to ventilate the room without a screen door of some sort to keep the bugs out. Overall, we had a great stay. Thank you, Santiago!

alojamiento súper recomendado Carlos en todo momento fue muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que se necesitara. el alojamiento es mucho más bonito que en las fotos, así que recomiendo 100%. además, las instalaciones son espectaculares se disfrutó del jacuzzi, sauna, piscina, turco y muchas cosas más además, la ubicación es súper cerca al Rodadero y al aeropuerto.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful Airbnb! The home was spotless, and you could tell the host takes great pride in maintaining it. Edward was incredibly attentive and thought of every little detail, making sure we had everything we could possibly need. Our experience was flawless, and to top it all off, the sunset from the private beach was breathtaking. This place truly made our family getaway perfect. Highly recommend!

일몰을 보기에 정말 좋은 위치입니다. 호텔 수영장을 이용할 수 있다는 것도 참 좋았습니다. 건조기는 온도가 뜨거우니 사용에 조심해야 합니다. 재질에 따라 엄청 줄어드니 ㅜㅜ 조심하세요. 그밖에 모든 것이 좋았습니다.

The place was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Loved having the private beach and it always felt safe. The only thing I was disappointed about is the fact that when I asked about early check in I was told there would be an additional fee for that which I thought was very odd, in my experience as a long time Airbnb user I have never been asked to pay more for early check in it’s always done as a courtesy if the unit is available. I still gave the rental a high mark because it deserved it but was very disappointed with this request. Hope host rethinks this in the future.

Laura’s place was just as described. Everything was very clean and well maintained. All the amenities within the complex are easy to book on their website. Pools were great and perfect temperature. Kids areas were really nice. We loved the kiosks by the beach and the convenience of ordering food yo be delivered there. The restaurant Cambiante was amazing, great fresh food and very reasonable prices. We ordered breakfast from them as well (traditional arepas de huevo) which were great. Edinson, the person that manages the property for Laura is very attentive and even brought us the best arepas de huevo on our first day. He was always available to answer questions we had. We’ll definitely return to Laura’s place whenever we decide to come back to Santa Marta.

Katherine nos salvó la vida! nuestro hotel era un fraude y ella nos recibió con aviso del mismo día, además de que nos trató de maravilla y lo pasamos increíble en la playa que que está enfrente del departamento. Precioso y cómodo todo. Iba con mi hermana y mis dos hijos y fuimos muy felices. Volveríamos siempre.

Muy buen Airbnb , todo muy nuevo , cama súper cómoda , todo súper limpio y bonito por dentro , excelente ubicación , cerca de restaurantes , hermosas amenidades , me volvería a hospedar acá , súper recomendado
