The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy. Perfect to combine relaxation in the garden or around the lake and a visit to vibrating Berlin! It's a treat even in the winter - staying by the fireplace, looking into the garden...

Our converted barn is part of a former small estate near Brandenburg an der Havel. Idyllically located in a very small village, you can enjoy nature from here, take long walks through the forest or to the water. The house offers a cozy, bright and serene atmosphere. The large table for more than 12 people and the open kitchen-living room invite you to cook and linger. But seminars or yoga groups could also feel comfortable with us.

Diese frisch renovierte 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon liegt mitten in Potsdam-Babelsberg. Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Vom Apartment aus erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Innenstadt von Potsdam in etwa 10 Minuten. Auch der S-Bahnhof Babelsberg ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus besteht mit der S7 eine direkte Verbindung nach Berlin.
