We had a wonderful stay at the Gettysburg Retreat! We loved that we were in walking distance to so many historical landmarks and sightseeing activities. The home was very cozy and perfect to relax in after a day of exploring! We highly recommend this home for a trip to Gettysburg!

I can't say enough about how amazing Breeches Pocket is! It's an absolutely gorgeous home--well appointed, abundantly equipped, and located on a beautiful property. We felt so at home in the comfortable, immaculate house and loved the eclectic combination of antiques and modern amenities. The book collection is stellar, and the scrapbook detailing the house's history really made us appreciate the house even more. Every detail has been well considered, from the linens to the kitchen supplies to the artwork. The bathrooms are excellent in all ways--clean and new. The outdoor spaces are peaceful and spacious, with trees all around. The house is even more beautiful than the listing shows and clearly has been a labor of love. Christine and Bill were so friendly and welcoming. Having grown up in the Catoctin Mountains, I loved finding a home away from home for family visits. We will be back, and we highly recommend this beautiful spot!

The apartment was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We loved that we could walk to downtown Takoma Park.

The house is in an awesome location, beautiful view, was clean, new / updated amenities, clear instructions for check in and check out, and was already stocked with the necessities making the weekend even better for us to be able to focus on hanging with friends and family. Would book this house again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful getaway with my cousins and this home was the perfect place for it! From the moment we arrived, it was clear how well-maintained and cared for the home is—it really made us want to treat it with the same respect. The kitchen was fully stocked, which made cooking meals together so easy. There was plenty of seating in every room, so no one ever felt cramped, and we especially appreciated the ample seating out on the beautiful patio. The deck and pier were amazing spots to relax and the space overall was more than enough for our whole group to spread out comfortably. Each bathroom was thoughtfully stocked with plenty of towels and hand soap at every sink. We were also so happy to be able to bring our dogs along—they loved it just as much as we did! The only thing we wished for was more lighting at night out on the deck and pier to extend our evenings a bit longer. Overall, this was a peaceful, memorable stay and we’d love to return! Highly recommend.

Jennifer's place was super cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect to drive to the Shenandoah National Park and close to food places and grocery stores. Jennifer was very responsive and gave us great recommendations for our stay. We loved our stay here and felt like home. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Shenandoah again!

Ron was great at communicating. The place looked just like the pictures and is a great place to stay . It is out in the middle of the country but very convenient to get to Carlisle or Gettysburg with a 15 to 30 minute drive. We really enjoyed being out in the country.

Jittima was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating! Wonderful location, easily walkable to One Loudoun. Very spacious house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, all spaces with full amenities. Would love to return when in the area! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this home during our family vacation to Lancaster, PA. The house is large and spacious, with plenty of room for all of us to spread out. Everything was very clean—especially the bathrooms, which even had toiletries available like a hotel, which was a really thoughtful touch. The location was perfect, just a short drive from all the local attractions. The host was responsive and helpful when needed, and the price was very reasonable for the value. We stayed with our two kids, and the toy room was a huge bonus—it kept them entertained and made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend for families visiting the area!

After a hectic day of travel it was so nice to settle in and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed. We brought charcoal and cooked on the grill. The pool was open, but we decided not to swim. My son in law used the sauna and loved it. We slept comfortably and enjoyed feeling tucked away in the woods even though restaurants and shopping were just 10 minutes away. Awesome place to have my bachelor party, beautiful scenery wide open field with deer and peacefull pond with bass. tons of activities for outdoorsmen had so much every day we were out there.

This was my third visit (second with my daughter and granddaughter). As always, we felt very comfortable. The Airbnb was spotless and had every amenity we needed to feel right at home. As a bonus, we got to meet Inna during our visit and were impressed with her warmth and hospitality. We really enjoyed the homemade cookies too!

The house is beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet. The neighbors are very friendly. Cupboards were stocked. The view of the river is gorgeous. Brian responded quickly to any questions we had. Check in and out was very easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again.

A gorgeous glass-walled cabin in beautiful setting. The cabin is well-appointed and thoughtfully outfitted, in perfect in shape and spotless. We enjoyed the Fort Valley area, which is surprisingly remote (in a good way) for somewhere such a short drive from the city. It's the perfect spot for a weekend getaway from DC.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful farmhouse in Fairfield, Virginia. We were there to attend our 50th college reunion in Lexington and couldn’t have stayed in a more lovely and beautiful setting. We had stunning views of rolling hills and open fields – the perfect escape from the bustle of every day life. The house was spacious, clean, and comfortably slept a group of seven, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. One of the highlights for several members of our group was the nearby winery and tasting room, just a short drive away. My classmates remarked it was a real treat to enjoy local wines right in the area, adding an extra layer of charm to our stay. The host was thoughtful and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene getaway with the added bonus of a great winery close at hand. We would love to come back!
