Living Room amenities include a Smart TV and an Amazon Fire TV Stick. Fully equipped kitchen and cooking essentials. Lovely patio with seating area and herb garden. Comfortable bed and quality linens. Keurig coffee maker with coffee and tea provided. You have your own private entrance and patio area on an entire different side of the house so your experience can be as private as you like. The entire apartment which includes: washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen and patio area. Your host will be available for anything you need during your stay. My daughter/co-host, Bernadette, a young D.C. professional, can also answer any questions about the D.C. area, restaurants and other cool places to go. The apartment is in a quiet suburban neighborhood with easy access to the Washington area. It's a short walk to the FDA. Downtown Silver Spring is nearby, with its many restaurants, bars, Fillmore music venue, Ellsworth Dog Park, and a movie theater. The National Archives, University of Maryland College Park and UMUC are just few miles away. A Ride-On bus stop is located on the same block as the apartment. A Metro bus stop is 5 minute walk. Silver Spring Metro Station is about 4 miles away. There are a few parking garages at the Silver Spring Metro Station if you choose to drive there and then hop on the metro. Free parking on weekends and holidays at all Montgomery County Parking garages (some lots and street parking may require payment on Saturday). You could also Uber/Lyft to the metro station or all the way into the city (great option esp if you're splitting fare).

Enjoy watching the world go by from the spacious balcony. *This property has contactless check-in, strict cleaning, and sanitation measures designed for COVID-19 prevention* This is a large, 850 sqft, one bedroom, 1.5 bathrooms apartment, bright, with lots of windows, and modern furniture. It comes with parking space for one car right below the apartment. A sofa bed in living room accommodates one child. The apartment unit and parking below. There is a Whole Foods supermarket two blocks away and many gyms and yoga studios to try right next. We have a 98 (out 100) walk paradise score. My other fav grocery store nearby is Traders Joes. As often as you need. A 5-block walk from the Dupont Circle metro station, the apartment occupies a vibrant neighborhood with a variety of great dining and shopping just steps away. There’s a supermarket two blocks away, as well the cocktail bars that line 14th St NW. There are several Metro stations nearby, the most convenient is Dupont Cicle, red line, also there are shuttles and buses to different locations nearby. There are discounts for monthly rents.

A cute studio apartment in the basement of a newly renovated home. Guests have a private entrance with their own private bathroom. You also have use of a full-size washer and dryer. Other amenities include an honor bar stocked with beer and wine, an arcade style game with over 200 popular titles including Ms. Pac Man, and coffee/tea. Please note that we live upstairs, but the space is private. It is separated by a stairwell and a locking door. It is comparable to a hotel room, but nicer.
