Great place to stay, very nice

I love old buildings with a story and let's just say it's super cool. Every bit of my stay had an interesting twist and I'm not sure WHY more people aren't catching on. My suite was on the 3rd floor (stairs only) with exposed brick and plenty of space. Next time, it will be over the winter and I plan to stay a bit longer to work on a few projects. My only complaint is that the TV needs to be larger for the living room (the one in there is too small) and there should be three a/c units. One for each bedroom and the living room. :)

I normally don't like hotels, but the Wyndam is delightful. Right in the middle of the inner harbor, with great staff and a great room. A great place to stay in the pandemic. Sparkling clean, and the staff goes out of its way to keep you safe. We quarantined here to get away from home and the space was large and the bathtub was delightful. Lots of takeout in the area!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! Friendly staff, beautiful grounds, delicious breakfast...would highly recommend to anyone!

We loved being able to walk to so many places to eat and attractions from our hotel/BnB. The front porch swing and rockers quickly became a favorite place to sit and people watch in the evenings. We also enjoyed the "officer's talk" in the yard next door. The three guys who spoke were very knowledgeable. Overall, this was a great place to stay. Owners were very helpful, and seemed excited to host us.

If you are going to DC - then this is the place to stay -- outside of the hustle and bustle of DC - steps from the King St Metro station - Super Easy on and off - Near Old town Alexandria - The Wyndham was the perfect spot for our first trip to DC

This was perfect for my 2 night stay for work! Was able to get take out for dinner just a few steps away. Arrived later than planned the first night but was sent a code for the door so that I could get in quickly. Super walkable and a great area. Room is perfect if you’re not needing anywhere except to sleep and shower. Super clean room/bathroom and comfortable bed.

I had a great stay at Alexandria mark center. Easy location to find, easy check in and beautiful location. I was on the top floor and I had a beautiful of the city. Clean room, private and quiet and pretty close to downtown DC. I would love to book this place again and I definitely recommend anyone in the area to book with confidence. Well worth the money.

The Afton Inn is a beautiful property. While it has 7 units, there are plenty of private areas in the large grounds- hanging swing chairs,secluded fire pits, and secret picnic areas along the stream. There is also a large pool, badminton and corn hole.

Hotel was nice and clean. On a busy street so a little noisy at night. Didn’t have a chance to use the work out room but enjoyed breakfast.

A great place with lots of room inside and outside as well. Located in a historic neighborhood that is like stepping back in time. It was very clean and well organized and had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved it there. So full of character and uniqueness. Britany the Inn Keeper was full of energy telling us all kinds of stories about the history and the residents. We will be back.

Terry was helpful. She showed up right away when we arrived to help us check in. The space was very clean and worked perfectly for our 3 (partial) families. We did have blizzard-like conditions while there so it was perfect to have a cozy place to relax during the wild weather. We did use the whole house and each space was well-appointed and very clean. this place is not what you expect and that is a good thing the pictures on the Airbnb website do it no justice the pictures are beautiful but the home itself is way more beautiful than what you expect you're getting more than your money worth staying here.

Everything was great

This property was exactly as described and pictured in the description! It was extremely clean and super maintained. Sarah was very communicative and accommodating. I asked about having a bowl for some soup and it was there when I arrived. Any questions/queries were answered in less than 20 minutes. I flew into Lancaster airport and it just a 10-15 minute drive to this property.
