The owners live in the same house, and there are a total of 5 apartments in the house. The garden with a barbecue and a swimming pool is shared with guests from the other 4 apartments. Parking is free and located in the garden. It's suitable for couples, families with children and pets, athletes and retirees, or for anyone who wants to rest, refresh, and rejuvenate near the sea.

This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

It is equipped with sun loungers, chairs and a terrace table. The islands PAK (3 km) and RAB (15 km) can be reached quickly.
