Our stay at Stratos House in Corfu was absolutely wonderful! The house itself is charming, clean, and beautifully situated—offering the perfect mix of traditional character and modern comfort. It felt like a true home away from home. What made the experience even more special was the exceptional hospitality of our host. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and helpful—offering great local recommendations, making sure we had everything we needed, and always being available with a smile. The peaceful surroundings, stunning views, and thoughtful touches throughout the property made our stay unforgettable. We genuinely didn’t want to leave and would come back in a heartbeat. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing and authentic Corfu experience. Thank you again for such a memorable stay!

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der Villa Kortilles und haben ein Haus angetroffen, das in Sichtweite zum Meer im ansteigenden Bergland liegt. Die Lage in Olivengärten vermittelt komfortable ländliche Idylle in völliger Ruhe. Alle Technik funktioniert zuverlässig und die Einrichtung vermittelt einen neuwertigen Eindruck. Beeindruckend ist auch die Architektur mit vielen Balkonen, und je nach Bedarf kann zwischen Sonnen-und Schattenseite gewechselt werden. Stamatis ist ein liebenswürdiger Gastgeber. Er bietet seine Hilfe permanent an und vermittelt eine private Einbindung. Erfreulich waren die Start-Befüllung des Kühlschranks und zwischen Gewürzen, Kaffeepulver, Teesorten, Dusch-und Pflegmitteln und Sonnenschirm ist wirklich alles vorhanden. Wir haben den Urlaub genossen und empfehlen Herr und Haus.

Es war eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser Unterkunft. Vor allem die Lage war einwandfrei um die Insel in alle Richtungen zu erkunden. Die Gastgeberin Alice ist super nett und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Der Garten und das Haus sind mit so viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet, sodass man sich sofort wohl und erholt fühlt. Ein Supermarkt, Apotheke und eine Taverne sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Der einzige kleine Nachteil: die Straße, die direkt am Haus vorbeiführt ist vor allem tagsüber sehr befahren.

Die Lage des Hauses sowie die Aussicht vom Pool bzw. der Terrasse ist atemberaubend und nicht in Worte zu fassen. Hier kann man wirklich einige Stunden verbringen und die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Anfahrt hat auch dank der guten Beschreibung von Claudia gut funktioniert. Die Kommunikation mit ihr war von Anfang bis zum Ende wirklich großartig. Sie hat direkt auf unsere Nachfragen geantwortet und sich gut um uns gekümmert. Herausheben möchte ich, dass der Pool äußerst sauber war. Das Haus natürlich ebenso. Es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und die zwei en suite Badezimmer runden es perfekt ab. Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub dort verbracht und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen 😍

Η διαμονή μας ήταν πραγματικά υπέροχη! Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός, άνετος και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος, ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, ήσυχη αλλά ταυτόχρονα κοντά σε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν άψογος – ευγενικός, φιλικός και πάντα διαθέσιμος για οποιαδήποτε απορία ή βοήθεια. Έκανε τα πάντα για να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Τον ευχαριστούμε θερμά και σίγουρα θα ξανακλείσουμε στο μέλλον. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

I must say, we booked this property last minute. We were looking for a private pool, quiet area with views. This property was perfect. Although more expensive than we had planned to spend, as the week progressed, we felt that it was money well spent. Andreas & Maria were just lovely friendly people, welcoming us to their villa as old friends. It is situated in a small residential Hamlet near to Corfu Town on a stunning hillside overlooking Olive groves & mountains beyond. The pool is very private at the top of the tiered , landscaped grounds. The inside is functional, quirky, handcrafted by Andreas in an industrial, recycle, up-cycle styling. Very cleverly done. The outside is a tiered style patio complex with a personal outdoor sun heated pool. Perfect for cooling down in hot weather. This area outside won us over 100%. It made our holiday special. Not the easiest place to find initially, but Andreas, again, helped us by coming to meet us on his motorbike & leading us the last 2km.

Athanassia and her parents were incredibly friendly and made us feel like home. We were greeted with a wonderful dinner cooked by Athanassia’s dad and it was such a fantastic, friendly welcome! The place is wonderful. You can never get bored of the beautiful views from every room. It is perfect for 3-4 couples / small families. There was enough space for everyone and we never felt “stuck” with the same people. The pool is such a wonderful addition and a complete must have in hot summer months. We absolutely enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and did cook quite a lot. Swings is a nice addition for families with small kids - it was the main place to hang out. Also the garden is big and has many trees and plants and it was amazing to just roam around and for kids to look for bugs and flowers. They were never bored there and we stayed for 11 nights! Loads of tavernas in 5-10min drive distance. The roads near by are not really for walking so we suggest to use car for commuting. Thank you so much ❤

Stayed for 12 days and felt right at home. Lovely patio and garden to sit in. House was so clean and had everything you needed. Nice to see and speak to the family as they worked in their garden. They were always on hand if you needed anything. Nice walk into the Old Town. About 30 mins. Bus stop a few mins walk away. Plenty of supermarkets within walking distance. You are very near the airport but the noise didn’t impact us. We enjoyed watching planes take off. Hired a car so we could go all over the island. But you can get buses to most places. Would highly recommend this place to stay. Will return

Erotokritos’ house is an absolute gem in the heart of Corfu. A 30 min drive to Corfu Town and a 20 min walk to the beach, this beautiful and thoroughly well thought-out apartment is a private haven in the heart of a bustling and gorgeous island. The flat is clean and tastefully designed to compliment the unique and magnificent views. Erotokritos is a brilliant host, allowing us to check in early and providing tonnes of local recommendations once we arrived. He even surprised us one morning with food from a local bakery, which really made the trip. If I could give ten stars then I would! Thank you so much, will be staying again and recommending to many people.

We had such a wonderful week in Corfu! The accommodation is so spacious and the pool is a massive plus! The late night swim was one of our favourite parts of the trip with such great scenic views including the airport runway. A car is probably recommended if you want to get around the island on your own accord, but the busses are frequent and easy to use if you don’t mind walking up/down the hills which is what we did. There are coaches to further beaches which don’t come up on google maps which A tip: save the chapel by the gates as a location on google maps to direct taxis in the evening. Effy is such a wonderful host and so accommodating, she really doesn’t need to go the extra mile as she does but it’s greatly appreciated. She insisted on picking us up and taking us to the airport, and to the bus stops too if she was around. She’s so helpful with recommendations too of where to go as we didn’t really have a plan. We’d definitely recommend staying here to friends.

We’ve had an amazing stay here. The house and location was even more beautiful in person, compared to the pictures. The host was amazing in every way.

This apartment is very good. Book it before it is gone. We stayed for 3 nights and I wished to stay for longer. The standard of this aprtment/house is high. A very nicely presented garden and a beautiful big balcony with a nice view. Everyone was very comfortable staying there. The apartment was built for living. The kitchen was equiped with everything you need. I have stayed in a lot of airbnb and this kitchen is the best so far, cookware are very good and fucntional. The weather in summer is so hot that having a car would be ideal to get around. Would recommend for short or long stay travellers.

Ich habe die Unterkunft mit meiner Schwester aufgrund des Balkons gebucht, und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Jeden Tag auf dem Balkon zu speisen mit diesem Ausblick war einfach herrlich. Man braucht immer ein Auto, fußläufig ist nichts erreichbar, aber sie Lage ist trotzdem praktisch und die Umgebung wunderschön. Wir würden gerne zurück.

Inge und Reinhart sind wunderbare Gastgeber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und ihre Tipps für die Erkundung der Gegend waren sehr wertvoll. Die einzigartige Aussicht und die ruhige Lage haben uns aus der Seele gesprochen. Ein Paradies wie es im Buche steht.

A peaceful place in the heart of the green nature and near the seaside. Respectful and collaborative, the house was very clear and well organized. If i would be back another time in Corfù i wouldn't change that!

I am originally from Corfu but I've been living abroad for most of my life. I contemplated writing this review in Greek, but the reality is that Corfiots already know what a gem of a flat this is. So I am writing this in English to help anyone else who wants to visit. This is the most amazing AirBnB you will find in Corfu old town, period. If you've watched the Durrell tv series and wondered how it would feel to live in that era, but with modern amenities and comfort, look no further. Maria and Francesca's place is the most warm, authentic, well-kept, 200 year old apartment I have ever been to. St. Spiridon, Old and New Fortress, Liston square, Faliraki beach, Yacht Club, Kapodistrias' home, the Sunrise and Sunset are all there for you to enjoy from your countless windows or the one-of-a-kind Belvedere outpost, accessible by an interior staircase. Now, if you happen to spend Greek Easter here, you are in for a treat. You can see the fireworks, marching bands etc. right in front of you!

Amazing villa with some stunning views. We spent 8 nights here as a party of 6. Most nights we ate in and cooked on the stone built bbq. However, on the nights we did eat out we walked down the hill and jumped on the local no.6 bus to the local town of Benitses. The host was amazing and very accommodating. We loved using the pool, the tennis court and the gym. The host was so helpful, friendly and responded so quickly to our messages. We shall definitely be coming again!

This was a dream vacation, ever since my daughter and I watched the BBC series about the Durrells in Corfu. The Villa was gorgeous, huge and very comfortable for our family of 4. Having the 2.5 bathrooms was great. The views were insane, pictures cannot do it justice. I recommend renting an automatic car. The climb to the house is very steep and you may need to back up and pull over to let other cars by. Hans was an amazing host, extremely responsive, full of recommendations, and after we arrived, sent over a delivery of snacks and drinks after letting us check in early. We ordered pastries from the local bakery for delivery, loved the local Nissaki beach for morning swims, ate at the White House, Igera, Vitamins, took a private boat to Paxos and the blue caves, visited Kassiopi, Agni, and Barbati beaches. Book sun chairs at the Crystal Seaside experience. Hans helped my husband rent a bike, and he rode all over. Don't miss the Sea Calls Shop for souvenirs! Book this Villa!

Eleni was an incredible host who provided us with helpful information, excellent recommendations and plenty of flexibility throughout our entire trip. We stayed for three weeks in her beautiful villa and it could not have been more perfect, the amenities alongside Eleni’s wonderful hosting allowed us to experience an unforgettable stay and memories that will last a lifetime!

Villa Fioraki was a gorgeous spot to spend a few days with friends. The pool and outdoor area is beautifully landscaped and caters for a large group well. The location is slightly remote so make sure you have considered transport options and consider the cost of taxis in your trip planning if not planning to hire a car. Amazing host, very responsive and helpful, would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a Corfu getaway!

We were family of 5 staying for 6 NTS in the second half of May. This house is spacious, clean and well equipped. We did not pay upgrade to heat up the pool because we were constantly on the move...water was cold but ok to swim. We were satisfied with our stay.

what an AMAZING stay at this gorgeous villa, the views at 10/10 and villa is so spacious with great sized bedrooms and lots of bathrooms! the pool area was great with plenty of sun beds and areas to enjoy the sunshine! but the true highlight of our trip was Spiros (Christos’ Dad) he made our entire trip with his kindness of taking us to the shops and other places and just overall being a lovely person! a great touch was they cooked us a delicious meal for when we arrived it just meant we were able to instantly relax with no hassle! i couldn’t recommend this host and villa more! i will definitely be returning ❤️

This place was like heaven on earth. Everything from the villa itself, to the outdoor space, and the service felt like a dream. Honorable mention for the incredible wild beach that is located at a 5 minute walk, which we really enjoyed. A special thank you to Vicky, who helped us feel at home during the whole trip and never hesitated to give us a hand if needed and give great local advices!!
