Brand new apartment at Potamos Village 4km from Corfu Town. The apartment is 64sq.m on the first floor at a quiet neighborhood 1km from the nearest beach. The kitchen has full equipment that you can cook everything you want and a coffee machine for filter coffee. The living room has a comfortable sofa-bed and a smart TV 50' with Netflix. Also the bedroom is big and the beds are very comfortable with very good quality sleeping mattress and a a big closet. The apartment has a small balcony.

Kloudas Apartments - Casa Roula

Kloudas Apartments is composed of three individual apartments. Casa Roula is a spacious studio, completely new, with kitchen and bath. It is a family accommodation, surrounded by a beautiful garden with tall trees. It is ideal for relaxing holidays or for sightseeing, as Corfu Town is only 1,5km away. Easily accessible from the port and the airport, it has a private parking (very unusual for properties in Corfu). All guests are welcomed and we have a non-discrimination policy.

A comfortable little house with a garden that opens on the bay and the sea, offering a magnificent view of the sunset. A 10-minute walk takes you to the Alykes salt pans, where there is a "Natura" park with pink flamingos in the right season, normally in spring and autumn. Behind the house there is a private parking. Renting a car is highly recommended for getting around the area, visit villages and beaches, shopping, etc.

The house is located in Alikes Potamou, a suburb of the city of Corfu, in an idyllic and peaceful location on the banks of the river. It consists of two bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen. Features a seating area with a sofa bed, washing machine, free wifi, air conditioning and private parking area. Guests can also relax in the garden with barbeque.

The building was built by my family and has been our family home for over 15 years.
