Panoramic villa surrounded by greenery in Cerreto

We were followed by Sergio, Maria Teresa's son, who was very hospitable since booking, helpful, kind and very attentive. She took advantage of Caterina's collaboration in the delivery and return of the keys, another very kind and helpful person. I definitely recommend this house if you plan to visit Cascia, Norcia, Spoleto and surroundings.

Very impressed with Vix's accommodation and the hotel was fantastic. Great surrounding, very friendly staff and great food. I have no problem in recommending this resort to friends and family. We will certainly be back.

A charming street scene captures a historic church with a tall bell tower, framed by two buildings with white facades. The square in front features a well-maintained brick pathway, and colorful flowers add a touch of vibrancy to the setting against a dramatic sky.

Relaxation, thermal baths and nature in Norcia. The house on the river.

FedericoRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Luciana and her son Marco were very kind, very helpful and flexible in adapting to my needs. Luciana offered me everything I needed to make food (I arrived at shops that were already closed) and Marco gave me many useful tips for bike and walking tours. The house is very clean and tidy, overlooking the Nera; you sleep with the background noise of the river. Triponzo is a very quiet village; you need a car (or a nice walk) to reach shops and restaurants.

The House in the Castle

InakiRating, 5 stars1 month ago
My wife and I loved this place. It's a "hidden gem", probably "prettier" than the pics show. The main cons-difficulty is that there is a 4 kms road "complicated" to drive through BUT that's it. Then, you're immersed in a wonderful area, with views you'll forever remember, and a sunset you'll never forget. PLUS, Mario e Graziella are great people and you feel not only welcome but just part of their lives. Highly recommended place overall. Also, if you're into movies, the collection of DVD's by the owners is very likeable to enjoy on their very COZY living room. And if you're into movies, please try to watch one at the so called Sala Pegasus in Spoleto. Probably, the more iconic theater/ place I've ever watched a movie in.

The image captures a serene sunset over rolling hills, with warm hues reflected on the water of a pool. Two white umbrellas are positioned beside the pool, and a solitary tree stands in silhouette against the dramatic sky.

Andrea was sweet and responsive as our team member for the property. Accommodating, great recommendations and just generally helpful. Place felt like a wine cellar in the best way. Large bottle of Prosecco to kick things off!!!!!
A clear blue swimming pool is surrounded by lounge chairs under a sunny sky. Stone buildings with rustic roofs can be seen in the background, framed by green trees, offering a serene outdoor space for relaxation.

Walden House Casarampi

Magical place, framed in the bucolic Umbrian nature that reserves silence and peace for those lucky enough to visit it. A property equipped with all the necessary amenities. An experience made unique not only by the place that is unique in name and in fact but also by the hospitality and helpfulness of those who work there. The basket/breakfast was very much appreciated!!!!

Vacation Home

ReginaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
I spent a wonderful week in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The apartment is extremely clean, tastefully furnished, partly with valuable antiques. There is nothing missing: the kitchen is well equipped, towels and linens of excellent quality, perfect WiFi and two TVs (living area & bedroom). Very convenient: parking right in front of the entrance. Outside you can sit undisturbed in the shade or in the sun – ideal for relaxing. The cordiality of Laura and her family was overwhelming. They were always helpful, patient with my imperfect Italian, and we got along wonderfully. The location is ideal to explore Spoleto and many places in beautiful Umbria on day trips. I was very sad to have to leave again – my time there was so beautiful. I'd love to come back and highly recommend this place, even for longer stays. Thank you so much, dear Laura!
