to start the accommodation was perfect! there is everything you need! do not change anything it was perfect! there are even board games that occupied the little ones well when we were in the accommodation. Thank you for everything .

Wonderful stay in Orani at Valerios place. Amazing views of the surrounding mountains from the balcony. It’s also just an hour and a half drive to either Olibia or Sassiri which Valerios place a great jumping point.

We had a great stay in Baunei thanks to this awesome apartment. Everything is exactly as in the pictures except for the view which is even more great in reality. It’s hard to navigate a car directly to the house, the streets are very narrow, so it’s definitely recommended to park at the main street and walk there. Beds are very comfortable and it’s super calm. We enjoyed it there very much!

The place is well refurbished, was spotless clean and has everything you need for a beautiful stay. Especially the kids and beach chairs and items were a plus. The kitchen is well equipped and the place in general modern. Armin and Nadine made this stay easy and comfortable, replying fast and friendly to our questions. The villetta is in a great location, very close to a local beach and not far from everything you need like supermarkets and restaurants. We had a great stay and would come back anytime. I would highly recommend a vacation here.

I give a 5 stars rate because of the location and amazing view you have from the terrace. Porto Taverna beach is a really nice sandy beach, with cristal clear water, not crowded, and with Tavolara island right in front. We had some minor issues with the appartment and Fabio was there in 15 minutes to solve them. Wi-fi was regular, sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. The beds weren't very confortable and there were some broken utilites that neede replacement. But overall it is a nice apparment, with a dishwasher and washer machine, also beach towells, wich was very convenient.

Nice find! Indeed this region is beautiful from every point of view and Punta Molara is a peaceful oasis. Nicola is a responsive, friendly, efficient and considerate host. Thank you so much! The house is identical to the photos, pleasant to stay in and its exterior is magical, the pool was highly appreciated. The house is ideal for families or couples of friends, each of whom can benefit from an independent entrance. We'll be back with pleasure! Ciao!

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. Camilla is a great hostess. The house is super new, bathroom nice and the pool has a nice size. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Nearby beaches are super nice. Everything was really great. Thanks, Camilla

THE VIEW!!! We thought the view would be good but it was actually spectacular!!! Loved watching the boats all afternoon and had morning sun with a shaded late afternoon patio for lunch and dinner. The air conditioning works VERY well and it’s in every room Including the living room! Loved having the extra bedroom upstairs with a bathroom connected. The pool is beautiful with gorgeous views and was so refreshing after a hot day at beach or boat tour. Thank you for a great stay. Would recommend Cincinnati, Ohio 6/4/25 Recommend

The Host Elena, Bruno and Ali are wonderful people. The Accommodation is clean and well maintained. Wild Peacocks and Turtles live in the garden. It’s an oasis of calmness and peace with a nice large pool perfectly fitted into the natural environment. Overall it’s a very warm and familiar experience and located well in regards of short ways to the airport, calm beaches, nice restaurants and shopping facilities. A very special moment was when our hosts showed up in the morning on our terrace to sing a birthday song for our 2 little daughters. What a nice and lovely gesture. For sure we will come back.

We really enjoyed staying in one of Paola's houses. The houses are located on a hill from which you have a great view of the sea. House was clean and nothing was missing. The communication with Paola was very good and a solution was quickly found for everything. I would be happy to come back 👍🏼

Francesca’s home in Cala Suaracchia exceeded all expectations! The house is well equipped and spacious, and the view from the balcony is breathtaking. There is so much to do in the local area too- multiple different boat tours (dolphin tours too!!), boat hires, sea kayaking, and other activities are on offer from the beach just below the house, and free use of a swimming pool a short walk away. Plenty of places to explore in the nearby area, and lots of amazing snorkelling spots! Francesca responded quickly to any queries we had before and during our stay, and the local staff were friendly and helpful during our check-in and check-out. Thank you for helping us have the holiday of a lifetime- we only wish we could have stayed for longer!

Beautiful apartment. We had the opportunity to cook, thanks to the kitchen equipped with pots and everything you need. Quiet area a few kilometers from the beautiful village of Santa Lucia and beautiful beaches. Near the apartment there were bars, pizzerias and a market. On the next vacation in the area, we will still choose this beautiful apartment

Pietro met us even though we arrived late. The apartment smelled freshly washed and was also very clean. By car you can reach many nice beaches. At the end of Porto Taverna beach is a cozy bar where you can enjoy sunset and tapas dishes. Recommend a trip to the beach Capo Coda Cavallo or Punta Volpe in Porto Rotondo if you like snorkeling. Posada was beautiful, take a walk in the narrow alleys up to Castello Della Fava. Thank you very much for a great stay!

Very nice, spacious and clean accommodation in a great location to visit Orosei and quiet. Carla is very kind and helpful, she gave us very useful tips for our visits. I absolutely recommend it.

The view is actually magnificent, the location of the house exceptional and delightful (old town). We had concerns about missing air conditioning first, but with the sea breeze it is not necessary in this house. One day there was no wind, but the powerful fans replaced the breeze excellently. Mosquito nets in all the windows, but actually unnecessary, because we didn't experience any mosquitoes at this height! The house was clean and beautifully fragrant. The kitchen is adequately equipped if you want to do your own cooking. Gianpietro is always available and also accommodating regarding information regarding the stay. Posada itself is a small village where everything can be found (free parking nearby, supermarket, numerous pizzerias, a great bar at the tower). It is also an ideal location to visit the beautiful surrounding beaches. Conclusion: next time it will also be Posada and happy to come back to this house :)

We had a wonderful time in Enrica's apartment and were very warmly received by Federico. We were able to check in a little earlier, which made it much easier for us to arrive with a toddler and baby, thank you again! The place is very nice, well equipped and we really enjoyed the small garden. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away and also perfect for smaller children. On the last section of the beach, we also had our dog with us, which is apparently no problem there. We were often even alone there. Thank you again to Enrica, Rosa and Federico, we had a good time in Porto Istana!

Loved staying here! Beautiful apartment with a beautiful view. Very easy walk to the beach and restaurants, and easy drive to other great sites.

The stay had all the amenities listed in the ad. They let us leave an hour later than requested! It was the space we needed!

The most perfect place to stay! As close to the water you can get! Great location can walk everywhere, perfect space with the best sea views. Vincenza was an amazing host and made everything very easy, would definitely stay again 😊
