Vacation rentals with breakfast in Portslade, Brighton and Hove

We enjoyed our stay at Andy & Rosie's thanks to the great location and beautiful surroundings. We used it as a base for Goodwood, which was a short drive away. The local golf club being so close was also a bonus. The accommodation itself was well furnished and spacious and check in was made simple with the clear instructions and Andy's welcoming greeting on arrival.

Loved the location, 50 yards away were plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. You do not need a car, amazing bus service in Brighton. The pavilion and the lanes are places to visit.

Orsolya was really helpful in getting us set up in the house. It is definitely their home and it made us feel cosy and at home, too. The sauna was also great!

Emily was so easy to communicate with and her property is just right. Sofa bed and sofa really comfy. Great main bedroom. We had a little space outside and full use of swing for my daughter. Chatty and advised us of good places to go. We will definitely back as it is fabulous- a much nicer version of home from home- and so close to great places to visit. And our dogs loved the nearby walks and Ruby!

We had a really peaceful 2 night stay here as a weekend getaway. Kevin and Helen's place is at the end of a quiet lane, surrounded by greenery. We (couple + 4 year old Labrador) were welcomed by Kevin and checkin was super easy, with some delicious freshly baked bread waiting for us in the kitchen. The place feels recently renovated and has been maintained with a lot of care. Clean bathrooms, premium toiletries, comfy king sized bed. Helen and Kevin also shared with us lots of things that we could do around the area. Although we just ended up spending a lazy 2 days in the end, there is quite a bit to do in the vicinity, including a walk right from the front of the house. We really enjoyed the fireplace in the living room and Kevin even setup a chiminea outside for us (sadly weather didn't permit). All of us, dog included, really enjoyed our stay here!

We only stayed one night but the place was very nice with incredible views. It was perfect for what we needed. Breakfast was provided and there was plenty of it. The egg boiler was a lovely touch.

Mari is an excellent host; Friendly and communicative and available for any help needed. We stayed with our 19 month old daughter and Mari had everything set up for our stay. The home is lovely. Really comfy and welcoming. Mari was extremely helpful checking beforehand of anything we might need. The home is nested away at the end of the property and feels very private. Our family had a wondeful time and we would love to stay again in the future.

We were lucky enough to stay in Rose's place over the bank holiday weekend. A really beautiful house just as in the pictures and Rose and Tim made it a home from home. There walk some great pubs nearby and central Brighton was just a short walk down the hill.

Jenny’s place is in a perfect location in Hove, within walking distance to loads of lovely restaurants and bars and very close to Hove Station. We really enjoyed our stay the apartment was extremely clean, comfortable beds and very modern throughout. We will definitely be back, thank you Jenny.

What can I say? I stayed for the night as my children had an overnight stay with their Brownies nearby so I thought I’d treat myself to a little getaway I cannot fault my stay, it truly was a wonderful stay. My hosts were very hospitable, nothing was too much trouble. My accommodation was spotless! WiFi, Sky with the full package (I don’t even have the full package at my own home) NF & Prime Fridge was stocked with fresh milk, soft drinks & beers Breakfast stuff available also which was very kind of them 2 minutes walk from Tescos, there is also a big shopping centre which is about a 20 minute drive away I really felt at home here, I would 100% stay here again & would also recommend to my friends. Thank you Terry & Lesley you were brilliant hosts

The place is so cosy, cute and homely, the host so attentive, responsive, I’m definitely coming back, and of course I recommend 100%

Benny was really great with communication as I booked very last minute! She also kindly let me check in much earlier and I also checked out a little later due to my own fault of not realising checkout was at 10am! The place is spotless and is well equipped, there were breakfast items left which was thoughtful and generous of Benny. The location is beautiful and peaceful - lots of cute lambs and ponies and even deer! A short drive takes you into forest row where you have a good selection of shops

We had an amazing family trip! Great location for the marathon too.

We really enjoyed our stay at Michelle's place. It was a spacious, comfortable flat in a fascinating location, which really suited all our needs.

I cant say much more that hasnt already been mentioned. The tiny house is a garage conversion so is attached to the side of the hosts house. They were a quiet family, so not a problem at all. We happened to arrive as Mario was leaving, so had an opportunity to meet him. Very friendly and welcoming. Hosts were very responsive to communications prior to our arrival. Tiny house had everything we needed and was a small walk away to other ammedies. Train into Brighton was 12 minutes and the station is nearby. Can't fault our stay. Thank you Matio & Samantha

I had a comfortable room in Jane’s home. Other guests arrived and we had a fine time connecting in Jane’s kitchen. Jane laid out a simple nourishing breakfast, made coffee or tea. The location was excellent. Jane was a considerate and friendly hostess. Thank you!

Absolutely loved my stay in the shepherds hut, beautiful scenery of the land. Was very nice and clean. Hot tub was a nice addition to are stay as was the swing in the forest. I would definitely be coming back to sue as she was such a friendly host. And she gave us some nice recommendations of places to go and visit. And lovely homemade breakfasts brought to us every morning. Can’t wait to come back.

Wow! I have to say that Andrew is the sweetest person I have ever met in the UK. He is so kind, friendly and helpful that I am falling short of words to describe. His BnB was very cozy. I and few other guests at his place concluded that we had the best BnB stay in Brighton. I felt right at home. Thanks Andrew. You are the best!!!

Just wanted to say how amazing Sophie has been from start to finish. We booked this one year in advance and Sophie was always on hand with any questions. Probably one of the best service we had ever. The place Sophie has is beautiful. The photos do not do this place justice. We thank you for such an amazing safe space to visit.

My wife and myself stayed in Mark and Steve's beautiful home. The instructions were very informative. The room was lovely and overlooked a private school and playing fields. Tea coffee and snacks were provided and a morning breakfast. Both were very friendly and welcoming. We chatted with Mark over breakfast who is charming and well travelled. We hope to stay again as we have family in the area. The property is a short walk to kemp Town and Brighton. 10 out of 10.

One of the best stays i ever had, the environment was just like home and on top of that, they will make sure and do their best to make your stay memorable and worth every penny. Blindly recommended
