Very nice and clean accommodation. We went as a family with our 3-month-old daughter, everything was perfect. Great host! Monika is very welcoming, smiling and understanding. We would 100% recommend and would not hesitate to return if we pass by.

Beautiful and new complex equipped with all the luxuries with a great view. Filip was flexible with the arrival time and when there was a small problem on arrival he solved it quickly and in a pleasant way for us.

We stayed at the place for a week, which is right on the lake, but still very quiet. We felt very comfortable and there was nothing lacking. Our hosts shared everything important with us and we found our way around the apartment very quickly. I'm sure we'll be back. All excursion destinations and also great restaurants are easily accessible by car in a few minutes.

Wonderful stay with Brigitte who was a great host! The house is a little outside of the main city center (~10 min drive), which is exactly what I was looking for when I booked it. Very pretty surroundings and view of lake. Clean, very comfortable accommodations! There are 2 sets of stairs leading to the top floor with a hand rail, but even those who need a little extra time can manage the stairs without much fuss.

The accommodation is ideally located for excursions into nature, the nearest major city is 30 minutes away by car. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. The accommodation has everything you need to feel comfortable

I was in Franz's apartment for a longer period. Communication was always quick and helpful. There is an amazing amount of storage space and it has everything you need for longer stays, including generous welcome gifts. Thanks for that! Conveniently located, within walking distance to a large supermarket and bus connection. I felt very comfortable in this friendly, inviting apartment.

I really enjoyed staying here - most of all, the huge westward facing window where I could bask in the sun and watch the sunset. Very clean and well - maintained. They pay attention to details such as quality cookware, and extra towels and linens ready to go. The location is a short walk to the center of town, and the hosts are friendly and always respond quickly to messages.

It was very nice in the apartment. It was really clean, well-maintained and new. Unfortunately, there are no shutters, but when I wrote to the host, he immediately organized blankets so that we can darken the windows, he was super flexible and tried to make everything possible. There were 4 of us with a toddler. There is a steep staircase, which you should note when traveling with a toddler, otherwise the apartment is really great. What you might also want to mention is that the upper bedroom has no door. Without children, the apartment is really recommended, with a child even if the child can sleep in the light and you are not afraid of stairs.

Norbert and Claudia are very nice, likeable and helpful hosts. We felt very comfortable immediately and were able to enjoy our stay very much. The apartment is very well maintained, modern, very clean and superbly equipped, we didn't miss anything! Also received many great tips for the area. If we are traveling in this area again, we very much hope that we can book this beautiful accommodation again.

Beautiful small apartment near the center! We would have liked to have stayed longer! Check-in was straightforward and flexible thanks to Dora, the apartment in impeccable condition. Especially nice: coffee and tea were available, so the day started well. Everything was nicely decorated and really very clean.

Just because we had bad weather, this wonderful apartment was important to us! Guest-friendly, modern, offers everything! Even BBQ on the huge lake terrace! We felt extremely comfortable and will be back for sure! Thanks to our hosts Birgit & Martin. Klaus and Doris.

Our stay at Katharina’s place was nothing short of wonderful. We were looking for a peaceful get away and not only found it, but enjoyed the beautiful setting and comfortable stay. Katharina and her family were warm and welcoming. It truly felt like a home away from home. We cannot wait to come back again!

Wonderful place to wind down and enjoy the surroundings from the wood-fired hot tub. Easy walk to town for tasty local food, and a nice hike to the 3 land point. Cottage was wonderful, well stocked for cooking, and very peaceful. Would definitely come back!

Extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. With a great beautiful glass sauna in the garden, from where you have a beautiful view of the mountain peaks across the valley. A wood-fired hot tub in the garden was also available. Very pleasant during an unclouded evening, with an immense starry sky above you. Unfortunately, trails were no longer available for cross-country skiing in the immediate vicinity. But with a half hour drive, there were good cross-country skiing opportunities on the public slopes in Villach, and in Slovenian Planica. For beautiful walks you didn't have to go that far. We enjoyed the week in Bach im Gailtal very much.

Zlata and Dusan’s place is fantastic. Nothing short of five stars for the apartment itself and for the communication from the hosts. Dusan greeted us on arrival and gave us some suggestions as well as a tour of the apartment. This is a beautiful apartment situated in such a quiet part of lake bled and having access to bikes was a game-changer. Complementary chocolate, jam and coffee were received on arrival and they even dropped round some homemade cherry liqueur halfway through our stay which was delicious. You won’t regret staying here! My only regret is we forgot to write a message in the guest book, but I will be sure to next time if we come again!

we wish we could give this place more than 5 stars. while GPS can be a bit confused in this area as we got lost twice, the location is so peaceful and beautiful. the property itself is stunning, very modern with great amenities. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and enjoyed the hot tub, the sauna and just enjoyed the beautiful view. Also the next door farm shop had some fantastic sausages and eggs for our dinner. This was the best place we have ever stayed at, and we were quite sad to check out. The hosts were also super friendly and very accommodating. We will definitely be coming back next time we are in the area 😊

This place was incredible! It looks even better than the pictures. beautiful floors and furniture and decor. It was spotless and comfortable and huge. We all really enjoyed our time here and it's walkable to everything in Bled, yet also secluded enough to be peaceful and quiet at night. We adored Bled and would definitely come back and stay here again.

Could not think of a more perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Bled. Incredibly easy check in, super responsive and helpful host, and the place was very quiet and cozy. If I ever find myself back in Bled, this will be at the top of my list!
