Lovely apartment, great location.

We wanted somewhere close to Olbia Airport and then to travel to the north and this was a great location. Her apartment was immaculate with the lovely touch of a bottle of local wine and biscuits left for our arrival. The weekend we arrived there was the world rally championship in Olbia making it very busy, but Eleni’s dad saved a parking spot for us for which we were enormously grateful. The terrace area was perfect, lots of lovely touches in the apartment. Overall a great place to stay.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. I had a great time at this apartment offered by Maurizio. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful with its square and the café terrace, the beach within walking distance in a few minutes. Maurizio was very welcoming, helpful, precise, responsive and professional. The guide provided by his Agency is very useful and comprehensive for a comfortable stay. I will most likely come back for a tourist stay this time and with family. The location is very strategic to fully enjoy the many beautiful beaches nearby. I highly recommend it!

We had a great stay at Graziella‘s apartment! The apartment is lovely and equipped with everything you need, the communication was really easy and it has a nice location to visit all the beautiful beaches around! All in all, we can highly recommend to stay here.

Booked Daniela apartment for my mums 60th birthday surprise holiday and we had the best time The apartment was amazing, clean bigger than we expected, bedrooms were a lovely size and the shower and bathroom was lovely. The view was spectacular and we had the best time sitting out enjoying the sea in the mornings and before bed. Daniela and her co host elena were so responsive and quick to reply with any help that we needed, very friendly with check in and out and were more than happy to accommodate a later check in and out We would definitely recommend to friends and family and anyone else we had the best time and would very much so visit again ❤️

We had a wonderful time in Enrica's apartment and were very warmly received by Federico. We were able to check in a little earlier, which made it much easier for us to arrive with a toddler and baby, thank you again! The place is very nice, well equipped and we really enjoyed the small garden. The beach is only a 10-minute walk away and also perfect for smaller children. On the last section of the beach, we also had our dog with us, which is apparently no problem there. We were often even alone there. Thank you again to Enrica, Rosa and Federico, we had a good time in Porto Istana!

We had a great time. The place was very clean and well stocked. Sometimes even better than in the reviews. The view of the sea was wonderful. The facility was well maintained. Nearby were beautiful beaches like White Beach. We will be happy to come back.

Loved our stay in Sardinia, great villa especially after booking fairly last minute. Host was great, sent loads of good recommendations. Location is quite remote with not loads around so would recommend a car.

Fabio was very friendly and helpful. He provided a lot of useful information in advance. The apartment was as described and there was realy everything available you could possibly need. Murta Maria is a very quiet place. So without a car there is not much you can do. I was there with my dog and for calming down and walking around it was great. Nice nature to see. My favourite place was porto istana beach (30 minutes walk).

We are already here for the 2nd time immediately felt at home. Everything is decorated with a lot of love, so you can also spend a nice time indoors. The beach is just under the window of the property, very idyllic and quiet. The small town of Palau is within walking distance and also the island of Maddalena is easily accessible from there by ferry and worth a visit! We have already booked for next year:-)

Laura's house is located in a very beautiful area from where you can reach the north, west and east... Laura is an exceptional hostess as you rarely meet... caring, benevolent, welcoming... the part of the house that we rented for a week was perfect. When we arrived the fridge was also full of good wine produced by Laura... at Laura's you discover a beautiful authentic wild Sardinia while being 30 minutes from beautiful beaches I would highly recommend this unique experience thank you Laura for your kindness, charm and culture See you soon in Rome, I hope Evelyne and Claude

Set in a lovely garden setting the apartment is a quiet and peaceful location to explore the wonderful region. Laura is a wonderful host.

We loved staying in this beautiful little beach apartment. Had all the amenities, close to the centre and great BBQ and outdoor shower. We really appreciated the late checkout!

We stayed at Andrea's for 9 nights. What to say. It's perfect as you wish. Very easy to communicate, we were able to check in much earlier, as we had already landed at 8:00 am and it is only 13 minutes from the airport. Everything is as described, very clean and well prepared. You can reach very nice beaches within 15-30 minutes. You have everything else you need very close. We felt at home from day one. Just perfect. We'd love to come back and highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

Quiet location but still within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you sit privately with beautiful flowers and large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Always a parking space available. Within walking distance is a Despar, less than 10 minutes walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful time. The apartment is superb and very well equipped. The terrace is large and very pleasant. The neighborhood is quiet and is located close to all shops (cafes, bar, supermarkets and pharmacy). The beach is a 5-minute walk away which is very nice and convenient. Fabulous place for our stay, very well equipped apartment and superb amenities, parking places for our 2 cars was great to avoid the stress of finding a place to park -a challenge in the area-. Walking distance to downtown with several restaurants and shops. We loved the area and the house. Our host was very responsive. Definitely recommend this place, we’d love to be back!
