We coudnt ask for more, absolutely perfect 5 days in Noemi's place. Spotless with all we need. Better than description! Perfect for family with kids. Very bright and plenty of storage. The apartment is really ideally located in Sirolo. To unload the luggage, you can drive up briefly and then park the car (there is an ID for this). After that, you don't need the car anymore. Restaurants, bars and supermarket are all nearby. You can also walk to the beautiful beaches - but the way back is a bit difficult because it goes uphill. The small pool and outdoor kitchen are unique,

Great experience! I stayed in Tortoreto Lido da Titti and I had a really good time. The house was very clean, tidy and equipped with everything you need to spend a quiet vacation. The location is perfect: a stone's throw from the sea, but in a quiet area where you sleep well at night. Titti was an exceptional host: kind, helpful, and always ready to lend a hand if something was needed. Fast and accurate communication, never intrusive but always present at the right time. The house is comfortable, with well-organized spaces, air conditioning, easy parking and even a very useful small balcony. Great for both couples and families. I absolutely recommend staying with her. If I go back to Tortoreto, I'll definitely choose Titti again!

The apartment is situated right on the water . The walk in front is car free and very safe. On the same esplanade is a large selection of restaurants to choose from. We had as very pleasant stay in Silvia’s apartment.

I had a great time, the communication was impeccable at any time of the day. Edoardo followed us everywhere, even bringing coffee and tea capsules late at night to ensure a good breakfast the next morning. Perfect place, comfortable, quiet and equipped with everything you need. Definitely if I had to go back to that area I would not hesitate to go back there! I highly recommend choosing them for a stress-free stay!

Great location, very helpful and kind host. The very large balcony offers an ideal space for a vacation home, also compensating for the slightly reduced spaces of the house. The house is 10 minutes from the sea and in a strategic location to reach nearby seaside resorts.

Andrea welcomed us in person to his beautiful apartment, everything was perfect and very clean, and he was always ready for any request for help, or explanations about places to see and advice, the beaches and surroundings are wonderful.

Very well equipped typical historic country house right in the center of Sirolo which is perfect for enjoying the full range of things to do there. However, it‘s right in the center where there is full Italian night life until 1am at least when the weather is warm. So a lot of noise outside. We knew this beforehand, so no problem for us at all. If you need silence to sleep, maybe think about it twice.

A stunning location right on the beach with beautiful views from the terrace. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing break. Angelica was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again!

We had a perfect beach vacation thanks to this accommodation. Location - Quiet area, just a short walk to the beach, house with North/East windows perfect for the summer (inside it was quite cool even without using the air conditioning) Accommodation - clean and cozy, equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. Large terrace and almost always in the shade (only in the morning it is under the sun, which however does not bother you to have breakfast) Elisa was a professional and super kind host! To be recommended!

It was a beautiful experience, we were found more than what was written in the description. The apartment was very nice and very clean, we had to buy very few things. The host has had a lot of care towards us, answering any small questions. We really appreciated the abundance of essential amenities offered by the host. I highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Civitanova Marche and its surroundings, and the place potentially allows you to move exclusively on foot. The umbrella left available to the apartment and soaps for the washing machine are also very appreciated. The house is well air-conditioned but still fresh at all hours of the day. If I were to return as a group to Civitanova Marche, I would definitely choose this apartment.

Very nice and well-kept house in every detail! Cross the street and you are immediately on the beach and nearby there are all the services at your fingertips such as supermarket, bars, pastry shops, pharmacy, etc. the center of San Benedetto is a 15/20 min walk so the location is also great. Gabriele is very polite and friendly and ready to help you in any way with very timely responses. The only bad note but it only concerns my case is that the elevator does not reach the floor and there is a flight of stairs and in my case with an infant and stroller in the long run it is a little uncomfortable. for the rest Gabriele and the house I would say at the top!

the apartment is a real gem, tastefully furnished, we really liked it. very comfortable beds (for us it was an essential thing). you are very well, we felt at home. a plus is the terrace, spacious for dining out and with two nice beach loungers for sunbathing. the owners very nice and helpful. the sea is a few minutes walk, clean and with very fine sand. it was a regenerating vacation.

We were 2 adults and 2 children (aged 7 and 1) and we were comfortably at Ilaria's house. She welcomed us in person and was very kind, responsive and helpful with the schedules. There was a high chair in the house but not a cot (as indicated): we brought a camping cot that we always kept open in the living room, without disturbing. The kitchen and bathroom were equipped with everything you needed. The garden is really large, with the possibility of eating outside, but in the house it was cooler (without turning on the air conditioning, which was available anyway). In Grottammare, having a house near the sea also means having the railway that literally passes behind the house: here it was not a problem because the sound was quite muffled by the barriers but above all there were no vibrations in the house. For the car, a private parking space is available. As for the sea and beach, they are really super! The free beach is also a short walk away. So, great experience, thanks Ilaria!

Perfect apartment for our vacation with two children. Clean and cozy. The railroad runs nearby, but the sound insulation in the apartment is excellent. We didn't mind the noise. It was very pleasant to feel the care of the hosts: a bottle of water in the fridge, shower gel and soap in the bathroom, beautifully folded towels, packaged salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil. Everything you might need during your vacation if you forgot something yourself) The location is wonderful. We really appreciate it.

We already know Patrizia from last year and the contact with her was great again! She likes to respond (well in advance) to personal requests, had some groceries and breakfast for us and was incredibly flexible and accommodating with check-in and check-out times. The apartment is well equipped and exceptionally clean. We visited Patrizia's apartment for 2 years in a row, which is probably the best sign for a great apartment with an excellent host! Beautifully furnished 3 room apartment where you have everything you need. Cot, high chair and stroller as well as toys were provided. Otherwise, we take everything that was not necessary this time as everything was available.(Shampoo/shower gel/toilet paper/coffee etc) In addition, very modern furnishings and super clean. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, which can be easily reached on foot or by elevator. The balcony is also huge, which goes completely around the apartment so you have a beautiful sea view through the alley and can enjoy the sunset in the evening. The sea is about 50 meters away and it is simply a beautiful sandy beach with a flat entrance so that even small children can have fun in the water. 2 and a parasol are available. The sea is located along a promenade where you have numerous restaurant options. Nevertheless, it is very quiet in the apartment so you don't hear any car noise. Marina responds quickly to questions thank you
