Der Vermieter ist gewerblich. Daniel, der sich um das Anwesen kümmert, war aber sehr zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Was uns auch sehr gefreut hat war das Mineralwasser in Glasflaschen, das bereits im Kühlschrank auf uns gewartet hat. Die Lage war wirklich besonders schön mit Blick bis zum Meer und in die Berge und sehr ruhig. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Die Mückengitter an den Fenstern waren sehr gut und auch nötig. Wenn man von Mücken bevorzugt wird, sollte man an Mückenabwehrmittel und elektrische Stichheiler denken mitzunehmen. Die Matratzen der Betten waren meinem Mann leider zu hart. Ein optionaler weicher Matratzen Topper könnte da einfache Abhilfe schaffen. Der Garten war groß und alles war sauber gepflegt, aber leider war nicht ein einziger blühender Strauch vorhanden. Ein paar bunte Oleander, einige Lavendel und Rosmarin würden dem leeren Garten wirklich gut tun. Alles in allem war es ein erholsamer Aufenthalt, wir haben uns gut entspannt. Danke Daniel!

We had a great experience staying at Leo’s place! Leo was a wonderful host, very responsive and checked in with us a couple of times during our stay to ensure everything was going well. He was kind enough to let us view the apartment before booking since we were planning an extended stay of 8 weeks. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well decorated. The internet connection was reliable, which was important for us. The location is fantastic, with the beach just a 10-minute bike ride or a 15-20 minute walk (I have short legs, so your time may vary!). There’s also a small mall and cinema nearby, just a 2-minute drive or easily walkable. Overall, a comfortable stay with a helpful and attentive host. Highly recommend!

If I could give this location a 6/5 I would. We felt comfortable and welcomed as soon as we arrived. Bob was so helpful in all things, every day, to make us feel at home. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. It is very quiet and peaceful but also close to anything you may want to explore. We enjoyed fresh eggs as well as cucumber, zucchini and lettuce from the garden! That was a treat! Bob welcomed us with a bottle of wine from his own vineyard and a bottle of olive oil from his own trees! Such a special touch. I had injured my back in my travels and we lost a day due to the airline but Bob was very sympathetic. He even tried to locate a hot water bottle for my back and eased my concerns by letting me know he had a contact who was a chiropractor. Just the little things that make one feel at ease when so far from home. I can't say enough good things about our amazing stay, despite some really bad luck and an injury, it was wonderful!

Sparkling clean, lovely updated apartment, host was very communicative and explained the details of the unit, beautiful view and quiet, peaceful surroundings. I hope we can visit again in the summer to use the pool!

Once again it was a lovely and very relaxing stopover with Graziella and Graziano. A warm welcome and a personal farewell with a chat about dogs and life. We always feel very welcome and would love to come back soon. It is a quiet location and everything is clean and tidy and our dog also feels at home here.

We spent a wonderful Christmas in Barbel’s place. A wonderfully clean and warm house with everything needed for a cosy winter stay. The pool went unused but we will try to come back in the summer - the view is spectacular! Beds were super comfortable and Barbel quick on the replies and checked regularly to make sure we were okay and had no issues. Car obviously necessary but Montelparo only a few minutes away with a nice pizzeria and other amenities.

We had an exceptional 2-week stay at Lucia and Carlo’s beautiful two-level apartment. My son, a professional golfer, had a tournament at Canero Golf Course, and this place was the perfect retreat. The location is ideal, close to lovely beaches and fantastic seafood restaurants. We experienced a transition from warm beach weather to crisp fall air, and the apartment was cozy and comfortable throughout. Lucia was incredibly attentive to my remote work needs, providing lightning-fast WiFi and a comfortable office setup. The apartment matches the listing perfectly: elegantly decorated, a well-equipped kitchen (ideal for cooking healthy meals), and plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. Though we didn’t use the outdoor BBQ, we enjoyed the terrace with its stunning views—a peaceful spot to unwind. Lucia’s responsiveness and care for details truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable, and well-appointed accommodation!

Abbiamo trovato questa struttura per caso ed eravamo già colpiti dalle foto per la bellezza degli ambienti ma nella realtà erano ancora più accoglienti e confortevoli. Andrea è stato un Host davvero fantastico, al nostro arrivo siamo arrivati e ci ha dato tutte le informazioni del caso compreso vari consigli utili su posti locali. La struttura si è presentata davvero confortevole e ancora più bella rispetto alle foto, tutto completamente ristrutturato e avere il plus di avere colazione e struttura balneare incluso sicuramente rende il soggiorno ancora più gradevole. Oltre a questi grandi punti di forza è la centralità dell’appartamento davvero comodo a tutto, il supermarket è a 2 minuti, parcheggio gratuito a massimo 5 minuti, in 10 minuti si è in spiaggia e in 5 in centro paese. Una soluzione davvero fantastica. Consigliatissimo

Me and my family had a wonderful stay. The villa had everything you need, both inside and outside - and the surroundings was amasing. The host was very helpful - helped us to book both lunch at a restaurang and a wine tour. Any question that we had, they respondend and help us quickly with a friendly approach. Can really recommend to stay here!

Wir verbrachten 12 traumhafte Tage zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder im Alter von 2, 4 und 6) bei Francesco und seiner Familie. Das Haus, das Gelände, der Pool entsprechen den Bildern und Beschreibungen - es ist wunderschön und sehr privat. Ausstattung und Sauberkeit des Hauses sind auf hohem Niveau und dem Preis entsprechend. Die Lüftungsanlage des Hauses ist selbst für die hohen Temperaturen im August vollkommen ausreichend und sehr angenehm. Haus und Einrichtung sind sehr stilvoll, passend zur Gegend, nachhaltig und aus hochwertigen Materialien. Der Natur-Pool ist fantastisch, sauber und perfekt angelegt. Die gesamte Außenanlage ist in einem erstaunlichen Zustand und top gepflegt. Francesco, seine Schwester und seine Eltern sind sehr zuvorkommende Menschen, jederzeit bemüht Tips für die Umgebung, den Strand und Restaurants zu geben. Sie sind sehr zurückhaltend und respektieren die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste.

l'appartamento di Armando è stato appena ristrutturato con gusto e senso pratico, è molto ben accessoriato e si trova in zona centrale, molto comodo per la spiaggia e per la stazione

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Arianna. C'est une personne très accueillante, qui nous a donné de bons conseils de sortie ou de repas. Elle nous a aussi nettement simplifié notre arrivée. L'appartement était propre, bien rangé et bien agencé. Situé dans un petit village, nous avons profité du calme de l'endroit mais aussi de la proximité des villes environnantes et de la mer non loin. La communication était également parfaite, notamment du fait qu'Arianna parle un très bon anglais. Une personne et un endroit qui sont vraiment à conseiller pour tout séjour dans la région. Un grand merci pour cette belle semaine.

We loved staying here! What a perfect location. A private house super close to the beach, but away from the fray of the main beach street. Only 5 minutes to walk to the beach. So nice not to have to worry about parking. We went to the free beach next to the Blu beach. The apartment was clean and spacious. Good place to relax and cook basic meals. There is a small yard and table so you can eat outside. Easy parking for the car. Super nice host! We would love to come again.

La ubicación es buena puedes ir en auto o a pie , (15 a 20 min) tanto a la playa como a supermercado, restaurantes y de más, pero ten en cuenta que por las noches se escucha el sonido de la autopista aunque tengas todo cerrado, la zona es segura y tranquila, el departamento es tal cual las fotos, es amplio y dentro de todo es cómodo, se puede cocinar sin problema, también funciona la lavadora y lava vajillas, el baño tiene ducha completa pero no hay bidé, la cama no es muy dura pero hace mucho ruido cuando te mueves sobre todo si eres pesado, no hay aire acondicionado y en tiempo de calor definitivamente es necesario sobretodo en el área de terraza, tampoco se puede usar mucho esa área por qué no tiene mosquitero y con la lluvia hay bastantes mosquitos , hay un poco de humedad dentro de la casa al ser planta baja, un poco de hormigas en la cocina, sin embargo la pasamos bien y Giuseppe fue muy amable siempre respondió rápido y trato de solucionar todo en breve.

Leonardo persona molto cordiale,raggiungibile sia di persona che al telefono,reattivo, ti accoglie e da consigli utili sia per orientarsi che per visitare la località e i dintorni .Generoso nel far conoscere specialità gastronomiche del posto,nel condividerle. Appartamento rispondente alla descrizione, pulito,cucina funzionale ,completa di accessori non cumuni,tostapane,frullatore,cappucinatore,estrattore,etc.A/C in tutte le stanze,regolabile separamente, come anche TV.Molto pratiche lavatrice e asciugatrice,meno bagagli al seguito.Posizone comoda,principali negozi /bar e acceso spiaggia entro 10 min a piedi, centro 20 min.Utilissime le biciclette da usare,comode non solo nelle ampie ciclabili lungomare ,parcheggio libero,facile da trovare sia sulla statale a due passi letteralmente, che nei viali alberati vicini. Diversi borghi caratteristici e suggestivi a pochi km,eventi / manifestazioni / musica / sagre territoriali ben organizzate. Ottima esperienza,da ripetere.Grazie Leonardo.

Eravamo in quattro coppie . Abbiamo trascorso uno splendido soggiorno. La casa è molto bella, dotata di tutti i comfort, ha un bellissimo spazio esterno , dove si può anche mangiare. La vista è spettacolare. Unica cosa negativa è che l’annuncio non era molto chiaro nel dire che il bagno della camera superiore, non è dotato di doccia

Alloggiare presso l'appartamento di Cinzia e di suo marito è stata un'esperienza super positiva! L'appartamento, in una zona tranquilla e vicino al mare, rispecchiava le foto e la descrizione....anzi dal vivo è ancora meglio. Pulito, ordinato, completo di ogni cosa, sia in cucina che in bagno....non mancava assolutamente nulla. Come è scritto nella descrizione, si potrebbe portare solo l'indispensabile e le cose personali....il resto lo si trova lì! Cinzia e suo marito ci hanno accolti personalmente al nostro arrivo, nonostante un nostro piccolo ritardo. Ci hanno spiegato tutto, dato delle dritte sulle attività del posto e sono stati reattivi ad ogni nostra richiesta. Ad esempio per un piccolo problema alla caldaia, avvisata Cinzia, dopo 5 minuti era a casa con un tecnico....ed erano quasi le 22.....tutto risolto in 10 minuti! Che dire.....grazie di tutto e sicuramente consiglio, senza dubbi, questo appartamento!

L’alloggio di Massimiliano gode di una posizione incredibile, una vista bellissima e si trova in un’area tranquilla della città. L’appartamento dispone di ogni comfort, pulito e accogliente, come da descrizione/foto. L’host è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Tornerò volentieri!

Das Team von Note di Mare war unglaublich toll! Die Unterkunft ist sogar noch als auf den Bildern. Die Lage ist super und durch direkt am Meer - maximal 1 Minute zu Fuß. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Sollte ein Problem auftreten, reagiert das Team unmittelbar und findet immer eine perfekte Lösung. Die Familie ist sehr nett und die Wohnung einfach gut durchdacht. Man hat alles was man braucht. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolut zu empfehlen! ♥️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
