A pretty terraced house in the enchanting old town of Recanati! Wonderful tranquility, short distances, comfortable amenities and very nice and caring hostess! The city is on the hill and the view from Antonietta's house is so beautiful - an incredible expanse, the Mediterranean roofs and the good atmosphere of the city. Everything highly recommended.

We just got back from Nonno Dario's farmhouse... and we already want to leave again! The house is simply perfect, clean, particularly appreciated the welcome kit, we usually bring a thousand things from home, but it would not have been necessary because in the kitchen and bathroom there was practically everything! We were looking for peace, and we found peace. For us, accustomed to the noise and bustle of the city, the slow pace and silence of the farmhouse and its surroundings have been a panacea. Opening the windows and enjoying the splendid panorama of the Marche hills is priceless. On hot days, the pool and garden allowed us to find refreshment after excursions. A heartfelt thank you to Silvia, for her kindness and the various tips she gave us during our stay. We'll definitely see you again.

Special stay in Lucia's very spacious apartment, with a beautiful garden and a breathtaking view of the Conero hills. Initially the strong personality of the house took us a little aback, but we were greeted by Gigliola (Lucia's mother) with great kindness. Convenient location for the sea (15-20 minutes) and beautiful excursions (Loreto, Sirolo, Passo del Lupo). Returning to this "home" after our days was a real pleasure. Thanks Lucia! The apartment is very spacious, it has more rooms, the kitchen complete with everything you need. There is also a washing machine (I didn't use it). Mattia was very kind and helpful, "self check-in" was very convenient! The apartment is on a residential street, not far from a shopping center.

Beautiful place, wonderful family. My dad and I stopped, just one night to sleep and then, the next day, we left early, and in any case, we met Roberto and his son and they are wonderful people. They were very clear in giving directions on how to get to the house in the countryside and they were also very kind and helpful with every request. They know the area well, and if you want to visit Ancona and its surroundings, they can recommend the best places. The house is clean and tidy, and the area is very beautiful from an aesthetic point of view, a perfect place to relax (we even saw fireflies). If you have to stay in a place near Ancona, this is the best!

Caterina's house is very welcoming and comfortable, with attention to every detail, the location is quiet and convenient to reach the wonderful nearby villages. Our stay was very pleasant. Caterina knows how to pamper her guests.

Beautiful place with a balcony on the Adriatic. Perfect for our family of 5. We loved Sirolo, which is deservedly the Pearl of the Adriatic. Entrance to the village within walking distance to the house. Same to the gorgeous beach. House is very nice, clean and well set up. Great to have the private terrace from which to watch the sea. Only downpoint was the noise of the road and of the disco during Friday and Saturday night. Would book again, though.

We really enjoyed our stay at the apartment - it’s in the best location overlooking the main square with amazing sea views too. It’s in the middle of the old town and so everything is nearby and within walking distance and great to feel in the middle of it all. If you like walking and swimming there are some amazing walks straight out of the town and also stunning beaches.

Had a wonderful time at this Airbnb, Gardano is a incredibly nice and extremely responsive host. I would recommend this Villa to anybody - full 5/5 starts on every axis

Very nice apartment with terrace overlooking the sea. A little far from amenities if you don't have a car, but there is a way to walk to a bus or train. Benedetta was a great host: responds quickly and recommended nearby restaurants.

We had an absolutely amazing stay with Kristy and James. They were very welcoming and friendly, had a lot of great suggestions for what to see and do in the area as well as were extremely helpful and flexible. The house was beautiful with a view as seen in the pictures, i.e. in the countryside but quite close to the cozy little town of Mogliano. The swimming pool was a big plus for our kids who used it almost every day. The apartment was, as the photos show, cozy and authentic, and with a well-equipped kitchen. A plus for our family was also their lovely and very child-friendly dog, Bandit. We hope to come back another time and can only recommend a stay with Kristy and James.

IMPECCABLE!!! The place is extremely nice and comfortable, with lots of comforts. It has absolutely everything you need. The views of the hills are beautiful! The Marche region is a divine creation! I appreciate all the recommendations provided by Andrea. All I hope is to come back!!!

Domenico's accommodation is fantastic and exceeded our expectations. We lacked nothing, the amenities were fabulous and the pool is super beautifully landscaped. For us as a family with a baby, it was the ideal starting point for smaller day trips inland and for time together at the pool. Communication with Angela was very pleasant and she was always one step ahead. Thank you for everything - it is highly recommended!

The apartment is in a very good location and very nice. Outside of the crowd. The size is perfect for a comfortable multi-day stay. Everything is new and very clean. And Gian Marco is very available. I also appreciated the clear instructions regarding how the apartment works. A big thank you.

The spacious apartment is located just a 10min walk from the beach and 5min from a market; plus, the railway didn't bother us at all. Maria Silvia could not meet us in person, but she did everything to be equally present from beginning to end (and beyond), and she was able to do great! Once we arrived in the area we struggled to find the accommodation, as from the Airbnb map the address is not accurate, but her mother, Mrs. Santina, who lives next to the apartment, was super kind, nice and helpful and provided us with all the necessary directions to reach it; the same kindness of Maria Silvia, who spent a lot to provide us with many useful tips on activities to carry out (restaurants, bathing establishment, excursions, canoeing, etc.). He also proposed to stay 1 extra day given the bad weather and, when we had a small problem with the wi-fi, he didn't hesitate to call me to solve! Recommended!

We had a great time at Arianna's place. She is a very welcoming person, who gave us some great tips for going out or eating. She also made our arrival much easier. The apartment was clean, tidy and well arranged. Located in a small village, we enjoyed the calm of the place but also the proximity of the surrounding towns and the sea not far away. Communication was also perfect, especially since Arianna speaks very good English. A person and a place that are really recommended for any stay in the area. Thank you so much for a great week.

We had a great time at Nicla's house. The apartment is better equipped than described, it is very clean and communication with the host has always been excellent. It is a perfect starting point for visiting the surroundings on foot. Quiet and only a couple of times we heard people talking while walking near the windows. A matter of a minute. You just have to organize yourself to find parking because it is in the heart of the historical center. We'd love to come back.

We stayed 9 nights in Simone and Anastasia's lovely apartment. Guys always present and welcoming. Spacious and very clean apartment, well equipped and comfortable for a family. We will definitely recommend it to acquaintances and friends.

I had an absolutely lovely stay. Roberto was so kind to pick me up from the station and take me to the airbnb. He is communicative and super helpful. Place was extremely clean, has two balconies. Felt very safe in the property and location as a solo female traveler. beautiful beach 7 min walk away. lovely area lots of dinner spots cafes and bars, but not too busy.
