The apartment is spotless, the equipment is such that we could cook and feel really comfortable. The beds are really comfortable and everything is nicely modern and conveniently furnished. Valeria and her husband are very sweet and accommodating hosts who even took care of some things for us at our request so that we had breakfast on Easter Monday. The contact was friendly, quick and uncomplicated. We love the view of the sea and the sound of the sea. Very relaxing in the preseason and the village is rather inactive. Great beach. The fact that the terrace is in front of the house is not visible in the pictures. From there, many destinations for sightseeing and hiking are easily accessible. A little tip for navigating there: if you enter "Menfi, Via Cristoforo Colombo," you won't pass it.

Great place in a great location. It's a rustic apartment in the countryside. Not luxurious, but rustic-authentic. There is everything you need as a family and self-catering. The beach below the house is fantastically beautiful and within walking distance of a few minutes. The hosts were very nice, had helpful tips for us and were currently available. Gladly come again! Graziella's house is exceptional. It is located in a quiet neighborhood near the coast. It's easy to get to the sea and it's close to Selinunte. The house sits on a large property. In the front of the house is a beautifully landscaped driveway lined with a well trimmed hedge and local trees and includes a parking area under a pergola, large enough for 3 or 4 cars. Behind the house is a well maintained garden and pool which also includes an outside dining area, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen. The back of the property is an orchard with native Sicilian tress (olive trees, citrus trees, etc). The house is elegant and spacious; on two levels with two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. Each bedroom has a dedicated bathroom. All common areas (living, dining, kitchen) are beautifully decorated, well equipped and extremely functional. Graziella was a fantastic host. Welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend this house for a great stay!

Had a great stay at this villa with a friend. It’s exactly as described/what you can see in the pictures. It’s a big, open plan, modern space with a beautiful pool/garden surrounded by vineyards - very peaceful. The nearby towns were pretty deserted - very few restaurants, no bustling high street/town squares etc. So if you’re looking to have regular meals/drinks out, this place might be a little too isolated for you. However, if you’re looking to just chill, cook meals in, hang out by the pool during the day, some peace and quiet, then this place is perfect. You definitely need a car whilst staying; getting from Palermo Airport took 75min (easy drive), the closest large supermarket is about an 8min drive away (in Menfi) and we even took a trip to Taormina (3.5 hour drive) for a night during our stay. Peppe (the owner) was lovely, gave us a warm welcome, showed us around the villa and was on hand for any questions we had. I’d visit again, for sure.

We (5 Px 53,23,23, 21,21) were warmly welcomed by Sevario. He handed us delicacies from Sicily to welcome us. Drinks and fruits were in the fridge. He explained everything about the house and gave us helpful tips. Already in advance, he was always easily accessible. The house is a dream. It is a bit remote, so you definitely need a car, but it is totally quiet. From the hot tub you have a great view of the sea. My sons and their friends loved the pool table of course. The house has a really very well equipped kitchen and an outdoor kitchen where we often grilled in the evening. Sevario comes every two days and looks at the garden. He always let you know beforehand. The equipment of the house is great, everything is really available and it is very clean and well maintained. In the area you can find many supermarkets, beach clubs. The highway to Palermo and Trapani can be reached quickly. Grazie mille Sevario!

We absolutely loved the Villa Smeralda, felt immediately at home, included with our two dogs. We visited the beautiful spots of the southwest side from here and enjoyed the wonderful sandy beach just in front of us, listening to the waves and look at the view while drinking morning coffee every day was my dream! The sea breeze was very pleasant in June. There're not much traffic, it was easy to park in the back of the villa and access the beach on foot via the stairs (not too many nor steep). The long beach promenade was also convenient for evening strolls, and offers entertainment for (not only) young people in the beach bars with music. In Porto Palo we could reach more restaurants (10 mins on foot) or did bigger shopping in Menfi or Castelvetrano and cooked some basic meals (with excellent local wine). It's quick to get Selinunte, Sambuca, Mazara del Vallo or Marsala, we drove to Agrigento too,the north side also connected by a good road. Super friendly host, thank you for all!

It was a very good place to re charge the batteries, piecefull small village with restaurants and lots of sea:)
