Una bomboniera di appartamento totalmente e recentemente ristrutturato e centralissimo, a due passi dal lungomare (200m) ma protetto dal chiasso dei locali direttamente sul porto. Fermata del bus sotto casa (per spiaggia della Feniglia, Orbetello..) e tutti i servizi a pochi passi (Coop, alimentari, tabacchi, giornali, gastronomie, farmacia, bar, boutique e ristoranti). My family of three enjoyed Camilla's beautiful apartment. The location is excellent. The condo is in a chic little neighborhood right off of the waterfront. It was completely walkable to all restaurants, grocery shopping and one beach club. Having central air conditioning was a plus. The apartment was very comfortable even in the high heat. It is decorated nicely with a stunning view. It is the perfect size for a couple with one or two small children. More than 3 adults may feel uncomfortable in the petite size of the unit. Parking in July was a little inconvenient, but that is to be expected in Porto Ercole. It is a wonderful option! I would stay there again.

La casa perfetta! Perché? Bellezza della natura e del panorama, posizione strategica, privacy, servizi esterni ed interni, pulizia, dotazioni della cucina (incluso barbecue), disponibilità, gentilezza di Annamaria e Marcello. Tutto superiore alle aspettative e migliore rispetto alle foto. La casa è cosi accogliente che potresti starci giorni senza uscirne. Noi siamo golfisti e abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza al golf dell’Argentario. Abbiamo anche approfittato dei preziosi suggerimenti di Annamaria riguardo a spiagge, ristoranti e giro in barca con Paolo, amabile marinaio con cui abbiamo visto spiagge altrimenti irraggiungibili e fatto bagni indimenticabili in alto mare. Insomma 10 giorni meravigliosi, una vacanza di assoluto relax circondati dalla bellezza della natura. Non perdetevi questa opportunità.

We stayed as two couples, and it was very convenient because there were two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The view from the terrace is simply magnificent. The hosts are very welcoming and responsive people who arranged everything for our comfort so that we didn’t lack anything. It was a wonderful stay, and we would gladly return to this apartment again.

Das Haus von Matteo liegt sehr abgeschieden an einem wunderschönen Ort mit fantastischem Blick aufs Meer (inkl. Sonnenuntergang). Für zwei Personen von der Grösse völlig ausreichend und schön eingerichtet. Vom Haus her sind drei Zugänge zum Meer (zwei davon privat) mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Die Küste ist jedoch rau und der Zugang zum Meer teils erschwert, dafür ist man meist alleine. Porto Santo Stefano ist ca 20 Autominuten entfernt. Orbitello und Porto Ercole sind in 30min erreichbar (dort gibt es auch Sandstrände). Die Terrasse mit der Aussenküche war toll- kochen bei Sonnenuntergang. Insgesamt ein super Haus in ruhiger abgeschiedener Lage und perfekt, wenn man eben die Ruhe auch sucht. Matteo hat innert kürzester Zeit auf Fragen reagiert und zeigte sich sehr unkompliziert. Vielen Dank nochmals!

Unglaubliche Unterkunft, die in echt noch schöner ist, als auf den Fotos. Wir haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt und jeden Sonnenuntergang auf der Dachterrasse genossen. Der Zugang zum Meer ist unschlagbar und wirklich einmalig. Unser Aufenthalt war traumhaft schön, die Gastgeber sind sehr gastfreundlich. Wir können die Unterkunft restlos weiterempfehlen.

Gorąco polecam apartament, był w pełni wyposażony, przestronny, cichy, z cudownym widokiem na morze i port i góry, widok,było ogrzewanie, czyste ręczniki, pościel itp. Bardzo przestronny taras, był kominek z którego można było skorzystać, wygodne łóżko. Dostaliśmy garaż co jest wartością dodaną w tej okolicy. Właściciel komunikatywny, dostępny, miły i służący pomocą. Można wypocząć i się zrelaksować….polecam
