The Casa sul Porto was born from the love of its owners for Maratea, a Lucanian town considered the pearl of the Tyrrhenian Sea, a very green amphitheater that has the sea as its stage. It is located a few meters from the small tourist port of Maratea, the village where the residence is located is immersed in a network of stairs, arches and narrow passages. On the one hand it is surrounded by greenery, on the other it has a magnificent view of the Christ. The house is very bright and each apartment has at least one view of the sea.

Our original family home. The apartment is characterized by the beautiful original cement tiles: it is bright, fresh, ventilated, well-furnished and equipped. Comfortable and quiet, with a large and usable balcony of 5 square meters, a view and an exclusive and enchanting location. Practical outdoor parking, unguarded but safe (local police/carabinieri barracks), 100 meters away. The heart of the village with shops, markets, bars and restaurants can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes and the beaches, by car, in 15 minutes.

Apartment located 500 meters from the historic center, with a balcony overlooking the sea, air conditioning and private parking. The apartment consists of a living area with a kitchenette with an equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. On the balcony, there are also two deckchairs and a table with chairs for lunch or dinner. Bedding and bath linens included in the price.
