Casa Alvino (sleeps 5+2) is surrounded by a large and shaded garden within a very exclusive centuries-old pine forest. The beach is private and is about 300m from the house. The house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with a shower, one of which is smaller without a bidet, a living room, and a kitchen. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. The holiday apartment "Villetta dei Pini", which is situated in Scarlino, overlooks the nearby sea.
