Liberty-style villa with historical and cultural significance, entirely designed and decorated by the Sicilian artist Sebastiano Pennisi, who dedicated five years of his life to decorating the property. The villa is surrounded by half a hectare of citrus grove (grapefruit, mandarins, oranges, annone, pomegranates); in the avenue there are eleven palm trees and giant cycads.
