I booked a spontaneous 4-day vacation and the accommodation as well as the island of Burano were exactly the rest I needed. The water bus arrives on time and the stop is not far from the property. The neighborhood is very friendly and communicative. I enjoyed every day and will definitely be back.

Very nice room for one near Venice.

I spent 4 days at Gaspare’s and I felt straight away at home. The room is very comfortable. The bus 4L to Venice is 3 minutes walk and also the bus 30 to the mestre railway station or to the airport . A big supermarket across the road. Gaspare responded immediately to any needs whether it is to do with matters of the place or with instructions of where to go in Venice. Or the islands. Venice is overfilled with tourists and with good restaurants as well. Gaspare advised me to buy a three days pass that has allowed me indefinite trips by buses and boats. On my third day I needed to unwind so I went to Lido by boat then took the bus to a beautiful beach where locals and tourists intermingled by the beach. I utterly recommend Gaspare place.

Hi first, I was last at the place with my girlfriend. The owners were super nice and always helpful. The apartment and the balcony were great and you had everything you needed. Great environment with lots of activities. Easy check in and out. Just mega. Only to recommend!
