Great cozy cottage with a private lake entrance. Miles was a great host. Hot tub & sauna were very enjoyable and overall the place was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Aliya’s cottage. The place was exactly as described and pictured, all amenities were available and functioning as described. The place is spacious, furnished with high quality furniture, I wouldn’t hesitate to book Aliya’s cottage again. Aliya was also a great host, very thorough and timely communication!

Great stay for our friends bachelorette. It has everything we needed and was a prime location in Bala for everything you may need.

Jennifer's place was a perfect gathering point for our birthday family reunion. The accommodation was spotless, bright and warm and even had a little pack and play set up for the baby to have a nap. The grounds were stunning as was the view. Our only regret is that the weather did not cooperate so water activity was limited to a polar dip followed by a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A beautiful retreat that our family thinks should be an annual event.

What a dream of a trip to Muskoka! Eight of my friends and I stayed at this lovely cottage and had the most amazing time. The cottage itself is absolutely gorgeous and felt so welcoming, providing the perfect backdrop for our long-overdue get-together. Our host Ashley, was an absolute gem – always quick to respond and incredibly accommodating. We were so touched when they offered us an extra night because of some minor issues that were completely out of their hands. It just shows how much they care about their guests' experience. We're already dreaming of our next visit; this cottage is definitely the place we'll return to!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Sometimes photos can be deceiving and you aren't sure what to expect but the photos perfectly depicted this cottage. Patrick was quick to respond to any questions we had and was very accommodating. We will definitely be returning in the future and would recommend this cottage for sure!

Jay is a polite and responsive host, and had all our questions answered big or small. The location is very private and tranquil. The place has a functional layout and cozy ambience. We especially loved the private access to the lake, the hot tub and the sun room which had large windows. Amenities that were described were present, and instructions of what to bring were clear. All led to a hassle free stay. We enjoyed our stay here.

This cottage is perfection. Liane & James are just SO lovely. If you're reading this, don't look any further. Just book it. We couldn't have had a better week at Follie's Cove. The cottage was the perfect mix of modern and rustic. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped. We felt at home instantly. The sunroom was the perfect chill spot for us and our two big dogs to get out of the sun/rain without feeling cooped up indoors. The beach was heaven for our dogs, and on a quiet end of the lake, so we saw few other people all week. The quintessential Muskoka experience! Liane and James were *beyond* wonderful. They set us up with a ton of breakfast food and desserts. Even offered to return the day after check-in to drop off more coffee. It truly felt like renting from friends. Highly recommend renting the pontoon boat from them and puttering around the lake. Wish I had more space to gush about the space and their incredible hospitality. We would book again in a heartbeat!

We loved this place. From start to finish it was fantastic. Great location. Open and spacious. Everything we needed was provided. The host was very responsive and gave good clear instructions. We had a fantastic time to wind down.

We had a wonderful winter getaway at Woodward by the Beach! The home was beautiful and far exceeded our expectations. It was clean, nicely decorated, and well stocked with the essentials. We especially loved the fire! The host, Kevin, was extremely responsive and even took the time to provide us with recommendations for snow tubing, tobogganing, restaurants, and cafes. The home is in a great location and there are no shortage of activities, restaurants, and shops within short driving distance. We can’t wait to come back in the summer! Thank you Kevin!

This cottage was even more beautiful in person than in the photos, everything was spotless, cozy, and so thoughtfully prepared. The attention to detail truly made it feel like a five-star stay. We had such a fun and memorable weekend, and the host was incredibly responsive and kind throughout the entire process. Would absolutely recommend and hope to return!

Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Pavlena was very thorough with very detailed instructions and information about everything you would need to know. Self check in was very easy. House was well stocked with anything you might need besides food itself. Setting was beautiful and extremely private. Highly recommend.

Cottage on the rocks was the perfect spot for my whole family of 9 to relax and make great memories. As soon as we walked in we felt right at home. The open concept kitchen and living area was perfect to all be together even if some of us were cooking. The kitchen had everything you would need to make your meals and we made a lot of them. the couch in the living area was perfect for large groups and was so comfortable. the washrooms were clean and updated and my kids loved the shower downstairs. The bedrooms were clean and cozy with comfortable beds. I loved the deck looking over the property and lake which was a great spot to have your morning coffee. Or you could watch the sunrise from the hottub which was My dad's favorite spot. the wood burning sauna is fantastic and was a treat because we did have some cooler weather. Most of our time was spent on the dock watching the kids fish and kayak, it was serene. Amazing family memories made. thank you Alex for being an amazing hos

We had an incredible stay with our 5 year old and baby. The place is surrounded by tall trees and felt so scenic and private. The property is right on the water and a small sandy area leading up to water the kids could sit and play on. Inside is fully equipped with everything to cook and have fun including board games, some kids toys and a high chair. The wood paneling everywhere and decor gave it a rustic charm. The temp control worked quickly to adjust and water pressure was excellent (sometimes a concern with cottages). Host was very quick to respond to messages. Overall more than a 5 🌟 stay and would happily come back.

We had a fabulous, relaxing stay at Derek and Sandra’s gem on Georgian Bay. Felt at home from the start, and made good use of the fire pit, hot tub and proximity to biking and hiking trails. The photos don’t lie. This place is cozy, clean and captivating… right on the Bay! Hosts have done everything to help you have a five-star stay.

We had an amazing a couple of days stay at Dzenana's cozy and well maintained home. I would, for sure, recommend it for any season.
